The Turkish dessert that drives the world crazy! crunchy and ready in 10 minutes! no eggs!
📌Ingredients :
RECIPE 1:
~3 and 1/4 cup of ground almonds (with ,or without skin) (350g).
~ 1 cup of powdered sugar (100g).
~ 3/4 cup of melted butter (150-160g).
2 tablespoons of orange blossom water (30ml).
1 tablespoon of honey (45g).
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (8g)- optional-
250 phyllo dough (filo).
~1/2 cup of honey (160-180g).
some chopped almonds, and edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
RECIPE 2:
250 filo dough (phyllo).
~ 2 and 1/2 cup of roasted, salted or unsalted pistachios (300g)
you can use any other nuts of your choice.
~ 3/4 cup of butter (160g).
~1/4 cup of vegetable oil (45ml).
~1/2 cup of honey (150g).
RECIPE 3:
1 and 3/4 cup of roasted peanuts (300g).
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar (35g).
~ 3/4 cup of peanut butter (175g).
~ 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (3g).
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water (15ml).
250 filo dough (phyllo).
~ 3/4 cup of melted butter (175g).
some peanut halves for garnish.
~1/2 cup of honey (170g).

    The first recipe with the almond meal looks wonderful!! We did have a bakery here that sold quite a few Mediterranean nut pastries but they have closed down, they charged a fortune for the baking, I do not understand why, phyllo pastry is not that expensive to make only the nuts and butter were pricy, they did not even use honey, they used a sugar and water syrup. I will treasure this recipe of yours, thank you so much for sharing and showing how to bake these. Easter is next weekend, I might pluck up the courage and bake. Kind regards, many blessings.

    Ну с готовыми филами особых проблем нет, в вот самим сделать такое тесто и раскатать каждый слой как папиросную бумагу вот это да, это действительно класс!
