📌Ingredients :
RECIPE 1:
250 phyllo dough.
1/4 cup of melted butter (60g) -unsalted-.
~ 1/2 cup of cream cheese (100g).
~ 1/2 cup of Mascarpone cheese (100g).
(if you don't have mascarpone you can use the entire amount of cream cheese (200g).
1 egg yolk.
~ 3/4 cup of chopped pistachios (70-75g).
honey ( ~250g ) for 12 pieces.
Edible rose petals (optional).
RECIPE 2:
📌Ingredients :
the filling:
~ 4 and 1/4 tablespoons of butter (60g).
~ 3 and 3/4 tablespoons of brown sugar (50g).
1 medium egg.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 1 cup of roasted almonds (120g).
~ 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut (20g).
250g of phyllo dough.
~ 1/4 cup of melted butter (60g).
honey ( ~250g ) for 12 pieces.
Chopped almonds and edible rose petals for garnish (optional).

Baklava yufkasi ve teknik acisindan turk tatlisi demis . Bu bir yaraticilik tabagi aslinda. Tabiki boyle bir tatli yok. Ayrica bizler cheesecake yaparken mascarpone yerine labne de kullaniyoruz. Marcarpone olmasi sart degil yani. Labne ve pinar beyaz alternatif peynirlerdir. Saygilar

Gesalzene Butter enthält extrem viel Salz, daher wird gesalzene Butter nicht in Desserts verwendet.
