📋 INGREDIENTS:
Cream:
300 ml milk (1 1/4 cups)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanillin sugar
Dough:
300 g all-purpose flour (2 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
100 g powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
100 ml vegetable oil (7 tbsp)
2 eggs
Lemon drive
80 g apricots (1/3 cup, chopped)
Bake: 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Это порционные тёртый пирог из песочного теста заварного крема и фруктов. Очень был распространён и популярен в бывшем советском союзе. Только, частенько его пекли без крема и с вареньем в зимнюю пору года.

Я часто выпекаю такой пирог. Называют его и "тёртым пирогом" и "кучерявый ванька". Люблю делать его с кисленьким варением - джемом, а летом с свежими ягодами.

Всё хорошо, но когда мелькают неприятные сосульки волос - мне становится дурно! Наша учительница домоводства, замечательная Инна Пална, не допускала к занятиям по кулинарии девочек, без косынки! Волосы должны быть прибраны! Элементарное правило кулинарии! 😩🤦♂️

Liebe Anna, herzlichen Dank für das wunderschöne Tart Rezept. Das wird eins unserer Lieblinge💕 Ich habe es etwas abgewandelt ausprobiert. Mit 200g Mehl (evtl. 50g mehr) , 100g gemahlenen Mandeln, Weiche Butter statt Öl und zum Schluss mit ca. 40g Blätter-Mandeln. Dazu Geschlagene Sahne 😘 Das Maß für die auszustechenden Kreise fehlt. Ich habe eine wellige, viereckige Form mit 7x7cm benutzt. In rund müsste sie wohl etwa 9cm haben. Es hat ganz einfach wundervoll geschmeckt. Für jeden, der es nachbacken möchte unbedingt zu empfehlen. Nochmal herzlichen Dank und Glückwunsch zu deiner Webseite 💗

Натела, а я увидела длинные растрёпанные волосы и, как-то, стало не по себе. Сразу отпало желание - смотреть дальше. Очень брезгливая 💁, в отношении неубранных волос на кухне, когда готовится еда...
