🧡Welcome to my channel!
💛100 grams of water, 100 grams of milk.
💜a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
💚80g butter.
💙light until the oil melts.
130 grams of flour.
🧡 Mix so that there are no lumps.
💛 set fire.
💜 Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
💚 Pour into a bowl and chill.
💛3 eggs.
🧡mix.
💛When the dough cools, add little by little.
💙should get a pulling dough from the spatula.
💚Distribute evenly over the form.
💛do this with a spatula.
🧡 Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
💜cool down.
💚2 eggs.
💛150gr sugar.
🧡30 g of corn starch.
💙mix. 💚400 g milk, vanilla.
💜cook until thickened.
💛50 grams of butter.
🧡Stir until the butter melts.
💚Distribute evenly on the cake.
💛roll up carefully.
💙 Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
💚 Decorate with powdered sugar.

It is easier to roll if you roll it 10 min or so after taking out of oven. It will then be easier to roll again when the filling is added. An alternative filling would be using a pudding powder (Ilike lemon) and adding a bit of butter for the thickness. Also making a cream cheese with vanilla and a bit of milk is also an alternative.

This the vanilla Sugar combination in a packet. Many in Europe use it instead of vanilla caviar, vanilla extract or vanilla bean in vodka
