Cooking during Covid Lockdown in New Zealand!: I got home from work and my mum said: "You're cooking!" She had already gone to get all the ingredients required from the supermarket and had them laid out on the kitchen bench for me. It didn't take too long to complete and once it was done my isolated parents were utterly satisfied with the dish! Thankyou Marion! It was a pleasure to cook this, especially during Covid lockdown 😊

Briyani is an underrated dish. So many variations throughout Asia. Also, everyone and their mother seem to love it.
I actually tried it and it’s amazing. My boyfriend said that it was the best chicken rice he tasted and he knows chicken rice more than anyone.
Those crispy bits on the bottom are my ultimate favourite part of any pan cooked rice dish. Dinner tonight is this magnificent dish with mint and coriander from my garden! Thank you so much! You are my inspiration!
Marion has such a calming voice and makes cooking look effortless. I'm starving x
My grandpa took me for some Thai fried rice in the 80's in Los Angeles. It was the best. Light, airy, fluffy. Not too greasy. No other asian fried rice have ever compared to it.
Your videos are so soothing. You speak in a way that gives confidence to the viewers like, "you can make this, I believe in you." Thank you.

You have a gift from god when it comes to searing meat. It looks so perfect Marion! I’m amazed how you did it with little time to marinade. I would at least leave it for a little bit longer.

Just made this. It was amazing!
Thanks Marion! Been looking for a really good chicken and rice dish. Even better that it’s Thai. That’s all I’ve been cooking lately. Nothing but flava! Lol.
Watching from Trinidad 🇹🇹, love your cooking.
I made this for lunch today, it’s much simpler than the usual recipe (Marion’s recipe used curry powder instead of Khao Mok Gai spice) but the flavour was awesome! Living near the Southern Thailand area, I always traveled there by train for a food escape in the weekend and I miss doing that.
Look yummy. Can't wait to try your recipe !!!
OMG! That looks so yum! and so easy.
This made me so hungry!!
I’ll be making this one, it looks fabulous.
Wow..looks so delicious..💜
this looks sooooo good. I guess I found my dinner for tomorrow!
Just made this and it was super good💯 my grocery store only had Serrano peppers so I only used half of one (for the mint chutney) and it was SPICY, let me tell you! Super delish, bright, and zesty, but it got my nose running for sure.
This looks amazing. That amazing crispy rice at the bottom was probably super delicious.
Yuuummm... 😋 Definitely will going to make it
I've tried the other day. Delicious
