Chicken looks great! Btw it always amazes how big bites you can take at once. My spoonful is half the size. And even that feels sometimes too big. Small size eater here. Ofc no need to adjust anything. I love the show.

Marinade for as long as you can! I prep meals for the week every Sunday so the ones that need the alchemy come up at the end of the week.

Perfect timing! Just bought a kilo of chicken thighs (now cheaper than breast for some reason) and my brother, knowing I love kimchi, gave me a few tins of Jongga kimchi he got from an expo at Covent Garden in London.

I wish I could find huge green onions like that! Here in Toronto is so small!!!
