In the last 18 years they've met 5 times at major tornaments. Ronaldo is still looking for his first win 2006 World Cup...Germany win 3-1 2008 Euro...Germany win 3-2 2012 Euro...Germany win 1-0 2014 World Cup...Germany win 4-0 2020 Euro...Germany win 4-2

Hey guys, coming back to this video after 5 years. Funny how you took England as favorites and then they didn't make it out of the group stage for the next three major tournaments. Nevertheless, ESPN still think they are favorites for WC 2030.

It's not outlandish to suggest that a team that got to a semi final, final and quarter final of their last three tournaments is one of the favourites for the next one. Especially if that team has one of the worlds most talented squads and is ranked 3rd in the world

England is and never was a favourite for a international tournement. Germany vs France in the final is a save guess...they are the two powerhouses in the cup.

What people need to realize abt Ragnick and that Austrian Team is that he is the perfect manager for that team, because a lot of that team are from the RB school which plays in Ragnick's system. Xavi is a good attacking player for the Netherlands but apparently the coach doesn't rly start him. France are my favorite because they have the best squad. But both them and England have uninspiring managers w/ the difference that Mbappe can win a game by himself on the counter. Italy and Germany have the best managers in the tournament, but we'll see.

Obviously there's a limit to how much you can read into friendlies, I get that. However you also do not want to start on the backfoot, you want to have a good tactical starting point. This is what we now finally have with Germany (hopefully). In my opinion there's no longer a clear cut favourite for the Euros. Obviously as a German it's always wishful thinking, but I do think we have a real chance here. Even if its not a win now (which I would be fine with). Certainly it gives a good starting point for something special in a world cup.

Portugal lost to Slovenia, not Slovakia. Different country.

France, England, and Portugal and that's it.

lol... lucky to be in the quarter finals?... Portugal has an easy group and one of the best teams in the World! Not at all, I agree with them, Portugal is on the top 3 to win! I can easily see a Portugal-Spain and France-England in the semi-finals, both super maches! Where Portugal and England win.. And Portugal wins, yet again, against England in penalties.. as always by 3 cms 😜

@@MMartec Don´t think so, they will have a hard time to finish the group at first. I think they will finish at second and playing France in the 16...that´s game over. If they will finish 1st, they face Germany in the quaters and that`s 100% game over. Netherlands is better too...Portugal is definitely not a favourite.
