Every manager has their select few people they trust to train their players and take them to each club they go to, Not Ange, He has a new coaching team at every club he goes to and each coach gets 15 mins in a training session, then the next coach, He feels that this keeps up the intensity and energy in training sessions and in turn keeping everyone, coaches and players on their toes, Fantastic manager!!!! For a great insight go watch the Matty Wells interview!

Great interview Ben articulates intelligently about his experiences as footballer I really got a feel for how non attached the players have to be when there are so many management changes you got the sense that he adapts to change particularly well and takes the opportunities given to him .... I loved his perspective on all the managers and the feeling that each had their own qualities that worked for him and the team ... that makes for a good manager doesn't it ..he's experienced so many different styles but with his team ...he should write a book !!! He is def going to make an excellent manager ... appreciated Gab and Jules .. love the easeful style of interview 👏🏼👏🏼

No wonder every Manager thinks highly of Ben. He is a very good guy who knows the game and has the best attitude. He's pragmatic and has been a stable influence for the team. I love him and imo he's an unsung hero at Spurs. He NEVER lets us down always giving 100%. It's no surprise that Ange loves him too. He's highly intelligent and when he's played he's been so solid. He HAS to stay for a few more years because he STILL has so much to offer the team. We'll need him next Season with the amount of games we'll have. I hope that when his playing days are over that he gets the opportunity to remain as a coach at Spurs as I can see him being a future top Manager one day. A lovely guy who commands respect. A GREAT and interesting interview with a true professional. You DON'T stay at a PL Club for as long as he has under so many Managers without having the ability and skill and nous required. He ticks a lot of boxes and is a favourite player of mine.

Ben Davies saying how good Dele was as a "6" ... part of his downfall was fans pigeon-holing him as a CF or CAM and only judging him on goals and assists. Meanwhile Dele was putting in great shifts playing deep. Toxic football fans got to him surely making it harder to sleep and needing sleeping tablets.

Anges grounding began at the biggest club in melbourne at the time south melbourne hellas his biggest rivals were mark vidukas melbourne knights. Early in his coaching career he became the socceroos junior team coach. As he progressed he was sniped by the sydney media mafia and left that role. Our national team coach frank farina was sacked by the new a league team brisbane roar the team was in a shambles and gave ange a chance. He built a dynasty there winning multiple titles his star was a kosovan refugee besart bericha my favourite player. Our new biggest team in the a league melbourne victory, a distinct scottish flavour, then appointed him so began victorys glory years. Bericha with archie thompson who still holds the record for the most world cup goals in a qualifying match brought fame to victory. meanwhile ange had been given the role as national manager and while we qualified regularly for the world cup with the likes of viduka and kewell our team struggled. Later the team was reinvented with the likes of timmy cahill and mille jedenak down back. Eventually the sniping came again so ange walked and went to yokohama bringing success. The rest you know. He has proved all his detractors wrong. At his very lowest he and his family have believed.
