The Surprising Psychology Of OnlyFans Simps | Reacting To Charisma On Command

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I react to one of Charisma On Command's videos about OnlyFans simps. I get asked a lot of questions about OnlyFans and I thought this video was a good way to address the topic. I had never seen this video before, but there are a lot of points that I agree with. Thank you so much for watching and comment something you'd like to see me react to!

Im glad you mentioned how women complain about men objectifying them but then turn around and give men a way to objectify them more. I guess they only care when they aren't profiting from it lol

I went out with a girl months ago and the only reason she went out with me was to try and get gifts and bills paid and to tell me she has an only fans account that I can send her money and tip her on. I’m like nah no thanks. Got up and left her at the restaurant lol. She didn’t even look like the kind of girl who would have an only fans. She looked like an innocent church girl. 🤷‍♂️🤣

@@gillygrylls my now ex wife left me 8 months ago to live the party life instead of building a family. She actually was a church girl and completely changed after she started to hang out with the wrong people. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if she ends up doing only fans. A lot of the stuff she was doing was very suspect. I don't complain cause my life has been way better without her. At first it was hard but as time goes on you start to realize that you don't need those type of people. I know I will eventually find someone who truly wants a future and build a family. I literally gave her everything but some people just never appreciate the sacrifices. Life is good though and there is amazing women out there who are also looking for a good hardworking man.

There is a powerful lesson that comes around repeatedly. Embracing being alone, and loneliness if that comes with it, is essential on the parts of the path to healing and liberation. Ultimately, self determination. Everyone has those stages where this comes up. They can choose to seek comfort, the addictive hedonistic lie, or relax with the reality in front of them, investing in the slow uncertain development of real life. Pema Chödrön describes the depth and power of loneliness in When Things Fall Apart. Eventually, we are willing to let go. Some learn sooner, others much later. Putting it off does nothing but hurt us and make it harder in the long run. And the longer we wait, the more corrupted we become when we finally let go. Those who hang on their whole lives will miss their opportunity for their rare, unique transformation. Most people keep the door closed all the time, so have no idea how devastating their choice to stay blind and addicted is.

Well, a lot of males under this probably already know. Loneliness is one of the worst feelings in the world, hence why one of the main causes of suicide is due to a feeling of loneliness. It's better to feel a false connection than to live with none. I don't necessarily agree with it on the ethics side, but I won't take it away from them when it could possibly be one of their only hopes in life. Ultimately, this shows that we have to start discussing male problems instead of cold shouldering or victim blaming them because I believe society has forgotten the difference between having no emotions and being in control of emotions. And, while the term "victim blaming" has been overused to the point that is has started to mean absolved of self responsibility at times, I do believe that is is genuinely used here, especially considering the approach towards males by the current wave of feminism and sjw.

We also live in the "# metoo" time. I think all the onlyfans thing is counter productive. We, Men, must not subscribe to all that crap, and You, Women, must not sell your sexy pictures for a god damn tip. (I know i know, women can do anything they want, that is not my point). The society can't say "don't rape women" and "any girls can sell x-content if we tip her" at the same time. The women who works in the porn industry are professionals and know what they are doing. The 19 years old girls I don't think they realize the impact that must have on their life. And so the men. Guys, pls, don't fall in that hole. I would say it's more of the cost-benefit analysis that pushes men to use onlyfans. At some point it's just easier and cheaper to do onlyfans. I think Courtney misses that point and will never get it because she has probably never had to beg for attention from the opposite sex. Women just assume their experiences are the same as it is for men in this respect. There is a reason sites like onlyfans are thriving. Also keep in mind that onlyfans is a form of sex work and many of the women use the money to support their families or put themselves through school.

I’m 50 yo, so I’m not into “Only Fans” trend, but I can see the illusion that this platform creates on guys... it is an “easy way” to an unreal “relationship” and to create a connection. It is very sad, because I saw other videos in your channel with real down to earth women, just like you, and this type of apps create alternate realities than only increase the insecurities in men. You’re and outstanding woman, and your suggestions and approach is very healthy for everyone! Keep going!

I signed up for one account for one month back in 2021. It was a woman that said she was going to have it discounted that month and was really going to put the explicit stuff on there for that month and then close her account the following month(this was back when a rumor that OF was going to ban X-rated content was going around). Turned out her paid OF feed was no more graphic than her twitter feed and extra money had to be paid for the explicit stuff. I seldom even visited her page for most of the rest of the month I paid for and I never spent a dime on a sex site again. Both CC and you were correct about this, Courtney. It is sad how lonely men have become in this country and how these predatory women take advantage of it. I still follow several free accounts and have free trials to others so that I can scroll it when I bored. It is sickening how often I get a DM that says something like "I took this picture special for you" and it is a selfie locked behind a $6 paywall.

You just said it ! The word "respect" is the key to everything. When men or women behave toxic, cheat, sell themselves, they're not respecting themselves. That's the point. I think, when your partner is faulting in your relationship, in the case you did the best you could, then the partner isn't respecting you but himself or herself. No one isn't perfect, of course, and women and men must educate themselves, they must better themselves, though at the end, it's about respect for one's self and for the other and the values you should carry.

I always see some cognitive dissonance when a guy brings up Only Fans and a girl is around. Its the kind of look Courtney, you gave in the beginning part of Charlie's video. And then I see the gears turning in my guy friend's head; to him its a judgy, dismissive sort of look. As if it was wrong for him to want someone to respond to his messages, to take interest in what he wants, who shares something in common. It makes him feel small and empty to know that even among friends if he were to say or act like he wanted those things, he would still be horrible for wanting them. So of course, he says no more about it, and learns as many men have throughout history that he should never be open with people, they will not accept and love him and he'll lose everything if he does. I don't mean to pick on you Courtney, especially for a gut reaction sort of expression, but I wanted to illustrate the narrative, and how sensitive a guy can be. Ya its triggering, the cognitive dissonance is real, I get it, we want to think of guys as strong but they're more nuanced than that. Do you see why it can be hard given our natural responses for men to communicate about what goes on inside? I cringed while writing that by the way, the thought of someone so weak inside is really uncomfortable, but I gotta work on it too, we all gotta be better. Turns out its not that easy to create a safe space for someone to open up and takes some skill and tact. Would you personally open up about your desires in an unsafe environment? Fortunately guys don't need it nearly as much or as often and are better at creating the space, and women seem to need it much more so it all works out on the surface. Testosterone lowers anxiety thresholds, as long as cortisol levels are kept in check and the female nervous system is more stress sensitive generally, although women also have better habits around emotional hygiene. But if Only Fans has shown us anything its that guys need that space too, and maybe we should move to a more 80/20 sort of thing. A guy needs to be able to say what he wants without it being used against him in his relationship, and that seems to not be happening for a lot of guys. We need to stop being judgy of guys for wanting what they do, and instead become better at communicating, better at being genuine, better at being fun and kind and supportive. The typical guy, genuinely doesn't think he's valuable, doesn't know what he brings to the table, because no one's ever told him he matters! No one's showed him they want him, they appreciate him, they like him, we just expect him to be confident without a reference point. And a guy need so little, so so little encouragement, to feel like he's enough and yet...Only Fans Relationships are really complicated and the guys that go on Only Fans, just want to feel seen and loved like everyone else, but have learned that they never will, that they're not good enough. They totally know, they're prey on Only Fans, they do it anyways because its better than being alone and don't know an alternative, and like porn, deep down there's an emasculating sort of shame that if left unchecked turns to bitterness. We have to do better as a society and be kinder and more loving to men and boys. If this was any other victimized group you wouldn't say, you should know better, why do you keep going back there. Its just insensitive, and we're used to it. Its not good. Don't you find it sad that even in a relationship, a lot of guys don't feel connected! I think we oversimplify women too sometimes, thinking if a girl likes him she'll do things for him and be kind to him and act like she likes him. But she won't, not all the time, and sometimes not at all. She's a mess, just like he is, like we all are! If girls and women as great as we pretend Only Fans wouldn't exist. We gotta keep it real AND we gotta put in the work to make relationships great; so many people are so lazy in their relationships. Think about how sad it is that a guy has to go to a site to talk about anime with a girl he pays because his girlfriend doesn't care for it! Or to see a girl in a certain outfit or position. Is that really so objectionable? At a certain point we gotta stop pointing the finger at guys and say yo, women gotta level up! We should be ashamed as a society that this where men go to find idealized girlfriend behaviour. Why is that behaviour so rare? Isn't that sad? I think its sad. I wish more men knew what to do to lead and excite their partners so they wouldn't have to settle, and I wish women were kinder and more open and loving with their partners. I feel so bad for the average guy, that he has to resort to this because he just doesn't understand women. And I feel bad for the average girl too, because she'll be outcompeted by the Only Fans girl, and misunderstand it thinking its because she's not sexy enough, when really its because he needs connection, he wants her to engage with him and he's not getting that from her. Thank you Courtney, for this wonderful female perspective on Charisma on Command's video, I'm a big fan of their work and yours, and hope we all continue to build a community focused on growth and empowerment. You're the best, Peace and Love :)

There is almost the same explanation (the need for connectivity and attention) in a phrase from a very good movie, "Valmont" (d. Milos Forman, after the French novel "Les Liaisons dangereuses" by Choderlos de Laclos). At the movie's end, the woman who has tried hard to resist Valmont is told by him that he does not love her. But deeply in love to the attention she believed he gave her, asks him humbly: "Then lie to me".

I have had one two week relationship in my entire life and I have spent the majority of the past 10 years either working or by myself. Define “yourself” first. Answering the questions: who you are, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what kind of girl do you want to attract, what kind of girl are you capable of attracting? Then work on yourself to become the person you want it to be

The first time I heard of Only Fans was in March, about 5 weeks ago. I haven't done it yet, and I don't know if I will. I don't really know what it is, but I'm starting to kind of getting a sense of it now. This video helped clarify it. The problem with all these things is that when you get into a real relationship, you'll find yourself getting impatient with the woman you're seeing. You might find yourself unwilling to put the hard work in, because these fantasy sites make it seem like it ought to be easy. Something like that. I wish they didn't invent things like this. These things don't help.

I am happy to see a woman react this way about OF. To give you a male perspective to why guys are on it, I can tell you the whole connection thing is real. While this does not apply to me because I actively do things to meet girls in the real world, I can tell you that I have had my more than fair share of bad luck on dating apps and can only assume this goes for most guys who end up paying girls on OF for connection. I can swipe right all day long and get zero matches. I have never had a date come from a dating app before and girls just completely not responding to messages is completely normal on these apps. It’s like I need to be a master wordsmith at everything or she will just go onto the next because she has 100 other matches. On top of that, the rise of messaging toward guys that they are toxic, just talking to girls is considered harrassment, etc., has led guys to want to find girls who actually will talk to them and be nice to them. After experiencing this often enough, OF with even a fabricated interaction with a girl, seems nice enough to these guys. That’s just my observation on this and take as to why many guys sign up for this

Tips for my fellow men, a long time ago, I deleted all the only fans girls on my instagram and even though I wasn't subscribed to them, I don't wanna see it. Gives you a false sense of reality with woman and forgetting about love and friendship and only think about sex with woman. Give up the simp mind, and take care of your fellow women. 💯

I agree with everything you had said Courtney! However, I would like to point out that the anticipation itself is what causes the biggest rush of dopamine, which is what most of these men who join only fans are addicted too. It is likely that they chase dopamine highs in many other aspects of their life. This is reinforced by the fact that it is easy to get attention on the site. Instead of “putting in the work” to create a friendship or bonding in a more exclusive way, like you wisely mentioned. This is clear cut instant gratification! A real man, grinds on his purpose day in and day out. They work hard every day just to get a few inches closer to their goals. Gratification (or pleasure) should never be a sprint, it should be a marathon! “Rome wan not build in a day!”

I'll be honest, I never really had an opinion either way on onlyfans, and other subscription-based explicit content sites. I never really had a perspective of what was going on, other than some women were hustling to make a few bucks, and some men were acquiring content while fully aware of what they were paying for. I'm all for doing whatever you want with your body, and with your wallet. But I'm glad KZread randomly decided to put your video in my recommended section today, because it really opened my eyes to the amount of manipulation that's going on, and perhaps more importantly, the lasting psychological issues that many men are going to have to deal with as a result of this manipulation and abuse. I've always been against casinos for many of the same reasons that are given in this video in regards to onlyfans business model. I honestly think there should be some shame on the creators involved with perpetuating this type of behavior.
