Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I react to some Tik Tok girls giving toxic dating advice. I don't think these girls should be judged based off of one clip, but if you follow any of this advice...GOOD LUCK! Thank you all for watching and let me know in the comments what you'd like me to react to next.

I pursued my boyfriend first. He was SOOO SHY that he never would have made the first move! He loved that I texted first, asked him to do things with me before he officially asked me out, and generally showed that I was engaged and interested. I didn’t go as far as to ask him out, but I gave him the confidence to finally ask me. Now we’ve been MARRIED for five years!!! I love that man so much!!!

Honestly girls can get really crazy, and even call the cops if you make the first move. There are a lot of guys who have had an experience with that one crazy chick, and as a result ladies are going to have to turn on the welcome lights and hire a marching band because woman clues are not actually noticeable clues.

There is a difference between showing interest and being “thirsty” or desperate. My fiancé and I pursued each other equally and both showed interest. It was so refreshing to not have to question how he felt or what his intentions were and not play games. I was 100% direct with him as well and even kissed him first. We have been together for 2 years now, are engaged, living together and have a very happy and loving relationship. Don’t be afraid to show interest ladies- as long as they are reciprocating and matching your energy

@Hailey you speak the truth about showing interest back. I have stopped talking to a woman before because she didn’t show any interest back. Women might think they are being ghosted but in reality, if you don’t show interest back, I’m gonna think you’re not interested and move on to someone that is interested.

I didn't text my wife back for a full week after the first time we hung out. I did this because all of the advice I got from my guy friends was not to text her to not appear desperate. I have been married to my wife for 15 years now and when we talk about how I didn't text her back she was so upset that I wasn't texting her. Her friends all told her not to text me because she would appear desperate. This lead to us both wanting to text eachother and just sitting there thinking about eachother. Thankfully she forgave me for waiting so long especially since I wanted to text her the next day but didn't listen to my gut. Don't listen to this terrible advice, if you like someone, let them know.

I will never understand "game-playing" and "the excitement of the chase"- that is so so so tiring. I went back and forth with someone for SEVEN YEARS because they used some of these "tactics" on me and at the end of every phase of us being close to getting into a relationship to then crashing and burning.... I was exhausted. I was young and couldn't see that it was game-playing and that it was super unhealthy, and I'm now in a relationship where both parties made it clear from the start that we wanted to keep pursuing things and that we liked each other a lot. Relationships aren't a game and you shouldn't have to use loads of mind tricks to try and make someone interested in you

These kind of games are really toxic. I lived it on my skin and it was the most exhausting thing I’ve ever lived. It was like hell. I would never do such a thing because it only shows no respect. Also I heard somewhere that if you have to play with someone with mind games because you think you’re in control you’re actually the one who is controlled because you’re just too focused on the person you manipulate

Unfortunately that isn't the message they get from feminism, once brainwashed, it's very hard to see it as false. Not quite the same thing, but not many people turn their backs on religion, they're indoctrinated, the message gets reenforced over and over again and they don't want to see the reality. It's not just that though is the problem. Like it's the same with Cluster B personality disorders on the male side, MRA/mgtow trash is the same damn thing, it's being espoused by people that literally have Antisocial Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder for playing games and manupulating people because they're incapable of experiencing real empathy with other human beings, and as a result they're literally doing this just for some type of power and leverage over others and the "thrill" of conquest etc. The problem being, that many young people live online and don't actually know any better between someone who knows what she's talking about like Courtney Ryan, vs. the toxic sludge infesting YT and wherever else. I'm serious, it's like watching some poor 15 yo boy trying to ask "how do I get a girl to like me" and he goes with the lesson "be a complete asshole to her and be nice to her friends." Same dumb crap here, no guy over the age of like 18 is going to fall for this stuff. Most young men are only going to tolerate it up to a certain limit and even then it's not it "working" it's the fact guys can be really patient and persistent. So you being toxic is on the same scale as you having a smack addiction, and he's pursuing you anyway, not because he likes having a smacked out druggie gf, but because he's willing to deal with it all the same. I don't think these girls even understand the degree to which it's not working at all, and most guys are simply putting up with them to a certain limit. A lot of these are actual sociopaths and narcissists is the problem, and they're in turn advising neurotypical women on how to behave with neurotypical men. It just doesn't translate. It doesn't translate because you and your goals are separate from the goals of a sociopath. Sociopaths aren't interested in growing old together with anbyody. They're purely doing this shit for the thrill of having power over others, and to massage their egos. It's going to break down, and it's why these promiscious sociopaths and narcissists churn through so many people, because it's more like a drug addiction to them of trying to have sex with or "conquer" as many people as possible. With that understanding, you will realize as a normal allegedly healthy person mentally and emotionally, these tactics will accomplish literally the exact opposite of what you want and all but guarantee a series of rocky, turbulent shorter term relationships that all invariably fail.

As a man you automatically think to yourself "I would much more prefer a woman who carries herself and presents herself the way Courtney does." That's the battle of two players, IMHO. The "relationship" between the two sexes has turned into "The Game" (coincidently the title of a book by Neil Strauss) of "cat and mouse" where neither is looking for long term. You being confused tells me that you are not a player because as this channel's owner confirms it is fine for either side to text first. And if I am right and you are not a player, then take this info as a strong caution/warning regarding the modern landscape of dating, because at least if both are players, then they know the game, but if one is not a player, then s/he will become a casualty.

Bro real talk, I was talking to this absolute BOMBSHELL of a woman ten years my senior. We would hang out every weekend. We had made plans to go see a movie one weekend. Not only did she never show up, but she never responded to my texts. The next day, I hear from a trusted source that she had gone to see a local band with another guy. By lunch, she still hadn’t responded. For once, my common sense clicked and I realized how desperate I was over a response from a woman who had moved on without warning. I blocked her number and social media. It’s been six months and I’ve yet to seek her out. Haven’t even thought of her until I ran across this gem of a video!

If you do not trust someone to the point of hacking accounts, that is not a relationship you should be in. Regardless if you are right about the cheating, it is still wrong to invade privacy.

It’s not toxic if it saves you from wasting your time. It’s toxic if you have to keep doing it. I did it once to validate what my intuition was telling me (something wasn’t right) and sure enough I found the cheating and took photos of the messages and images. Sent it to both sides of the family before she could deny/lie about it and that was the end of a long term relationship. Sometimes getting that evidence helps.

Or they give you advice on what they want in a relationship neglecting what you may or may not want. Sure you can give ideas of what makes a good relationship but too many people give advice based on what they want in someone or a relationship. Too many people impose or put their world view onto others and think what they want, others want. Example, I've seen many people say "don't move in together until your married." I'm like, everyone doesn't desire marriage nor does every couple make decisions based on marriage. Or when people with these beliefs on marriage find out that a couple lives together without being married. People with these beliefs think a couple like that is doing something wrong or should've waited for marriage failing to realize that not every couple desires marriage at all and every couple is different.

Either way is completely fine as long as it’s something you both agreed upon. I’m saying it’s hypocritical to claim to be independent and strong but then EXPECT men to pay for your dinner, buy you things all the time, and be the one to contact you all the time. but the tiktok girls are helping though. theyre helping us see the tactics used on us and are helping us be happy in our decision to stay single. we can watch videos like this when we feel down about being alone and it helps us to feel like we've made the deicison. like showing a recovered junkie pictures of the damage meth does to a body as a way of reminding himself to stay away from meth. more and more men are leaving dating wholesale and while we may just be a blip on society's calendar, we at least as a group will die happier than we would had we married.

I love this content, Courtney! I’ve watched a few of your videos and love your down-to-earth, mature no-drama attitude. Same attitude that I see in my wife (married 4 years and together for 8 now). When we first met I was severely damaged from a previous relationship - if we were together and the ages we were then with Tiktok, I’m sure my ex would be one of these girls 😂 - and when she told me how she felt, I actually turned her down because I was scared of women in general. It took four months of continuing to build our close friendship before I realised actually how amazing she was and still is. With these girls in the videos you are commenting on, is I am sure some of them don’t even believe the stuff they are spouting, but they know it gets the views - I mean you are highlighting them in your video here to all of your subscribers and even going so far as to name a few of them. They are getting free publicity to grow their presence online. Sad thing is though that even though this is their intention - basically selfish reasons, and not to pass on advice - plenty of girls will take this as gospel and actually do this. And yes, I did stay with the toxic ex far longer than I should have and I’m not proud of that at all!

Because most women have been raised with the notion of "You are the prize, You are to be the focus in the man's life, Dont settle for less, etc" instead of common sense. It's the sense of entitlement that they have because they get so used to getting what they want so when a guy calls them out, they get mad.

I LOVE it when a woman texts me out of the blue. It makes me feel special and it eases up the social pressure that men have of, "you got to show interest, but also not show too much interest" to a girl that might not be showing almost no interest in me at all. Also, I try to never use this as an excuse or try to not let it define me, but I do have ADHD. My attention can change in an instant. And when I'm away from people, it's hard to focus on my connection with her, I can't always think about them because my brain needs me to focus on whatever I'm doing. If I'm at work, I need to focus on my work or things won't get done and I might forget about not only women, but some people in general. Not on purpose, but it does happen to me. I might randomly remember someone maybe a few months later and I do want to reconnect with them, but anxiety will also set in, "maybe they forgot about me, maybe they already met someone else, what they might feel annoyed if I text them or they felt hurt because they think I've been ignoring them and they aren't interested in me anymore because they think I was ignoringthem." Those feelings do come out. If a girl that likes me texts me, alot of those feelings go away, I'm able to refocus on them, I can feel confident in trying to make a move or see where things go....... I don't know where I'm going with this anymore..... Thanks for coming to my ted talk....
