Officially on week 4 of no contact! Been working through the WMEA relationship masterclass and some of your other programs and it's been my saving grace. Can you reply to this? I went through no contact, after 9 months I met her for the first time since she left to another city and we had a great time, yet she told me she wanted to move to Australia for another study. I do not know what to do, this information makes me freak out as I put in so much effort to become a better version of myself, giving her space, enduring the pain and all. Do you have any resources available on how to tackle such a grim outlook? I hope you can reply without simply pitching your coachings, due to the pandemic and other factors I cannot afford such coachings. Thank you.

I dated my ex for 5 months, we meet our families and both families loved each other. We did love each other she lost her attraction because I held her on a pedestal. I'm on day 21 of NC. Should I still wait 30 days or contact her? I still have a couple things of hers.

Hi adrian and nathalie and the rest of the crew, i have a question i’ve been dating this girl for 4-5 months we slept togetter etc and i asked her to be my girlfriend because she showed all the things to be so but she panicked and after 3 weeks of no contact we got back and talked about the situation we well had sex and kissed like the whole day but she decided its better to be friends for now because she felt like she isent ready for a relationship and wants to be free. She also said maybe in a few months or years idk. But she still wants to be friends (i dont know of she just says that to make me happy or something) Is there any way i can get her back (iam 21 years old and she is 22) please i need help.

In the past I had a drug problem and during that time I sent some text to one of my ex's. She left for a couple months and then came back. Now it's been almost two years later and now my ol lady of 16 years left the state that we were living in to go back to the state that we are originally from with our five kids and moved to her mom's house and told me to wrap everything up down there then meet her back where we were from. So I spend the money that we had to get moving trucks to move us across country. But when I got there she told me that she did not want to live with me anymore and can't get past text messages from before. Now I am pretty much homeless and not a money and do not work because of a motorcycle accident. How can I be part of my kids lives and re attract her. And also have her realize how much I have changed and Trust in it? It feels like I've lost my whole life

Coach Adrian, it's been over 90 days + and still blocked, just ran into her she saw me in shopping center kept walking came back the same way knowing my car was there I was outside my car in a wheelchair I'm in since she saw me and when she saw me veered away from me on a quick right and went into a parking lot as I was actually getting a coffee and a little window here in Miami and saw me in the wheelchair where she's never seen me in before and I'm not sure she just keep going and didn't bother to find out how I was doing or why I was in a wheelchair none of that's why I think I find it hard and she would still have any feelings for me the way she's showing that she really doesn't care. Love to know your opinion on this and please let me know what the cost of the session is with you coach Adrian and I like to see how I can get some personal healing if you will. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Been a month she hasn't really done anything to get my attention. I dont even know if I want someone who can go as long as that and still be able to say I love you. I dont get it man... if she truly loved me then she wouldnt want me to be hurt right?

It's been 1 week and one day today in full block on everything. I noticed yesterday she unblocked me on Instagram to later block me again? Such a bizarre display of emotions!. I'm going to continue to ignore.

I need help on something. I feel like their is no possible way I could get her back. Currently she wants nothing to do with me. She doesn’t want to hear from me nothing. All she said was “stop texting me.” So I have stopped it’s been 4 days but the break up was weeks ago. So how can I attract someone who doesn’t want to hear from me? It’s impossible. I did beg and in the beginning which I regret. I feel like is happy and feel without me. I’m happy she could be happy just not me by her side. She approached me and tried to be with me for about 6 months. I wasn’t looking for a relationship and I let my guard down and fell for her. From wanting to be with me for so long too compltly not caring is just. Idk Someone help me! I could explain it more if you have questions.

I have a different situation, my ex of over 15 years off and on began doing crack cocaine. He'll text me once every few months and when I respond to his texts, he doesn't respond for a few months later. I don't know what to do, this has been going on for a few years. He also refuses to return my belongings. I'm lost.

Ex broke up with me for patient in a hospital she worked after 8 years and that almost died from COVID and owns a few semi trucks. Yea I fucked up and treated her differently from when she first met me. She still says I can have a key to our house but he just buys her whatever she want, takes her on trips, promises her the whole world but she expects me to stay around since we have 2 kids. He even tries to talk to me like we’re are friend so the first thing I did was move my guns out the house and I’m trying this smart contact. It’s only been 1 month.

This is great information, however I do not know if I can ever love myself. How can someone love themselves if their entire life almost everyone has dumbed on them and told them how horrible they are. So many people have craped on me I feel there must be truth in what they are saying.

The way she worded the breakup, and the timing, she was surely influenced by her "friends." The conflict was real. But, i am pretty confident she is gone for good. Too many fish in the sea for a woman like her.

After a year and a half my bf told me he isn’t in love with me. I was devastated and completely shattered. He said he wants to sort this out when he get back to town. I haven’t contacted him in 3 days to give him his space. Watching all the videos I’ve realized that I smothered him in our relationship and didn’t give him the chase.
