I've been watching your videos for two weeks. He broke up with me all because I asked him when are we going to spend time together. After watching a few of your videos I been in no contact for about 2 weeks. I been working on myself to be a better me for me. I been processing some of the things he didn't like with me making changings so I can grow. But during no contact your videos helped me realize I don't want he back. The first month was hard for me I cried for weeks - but I don't want a man who I can't trust with my heart. I don't need a man who is not willing to love me or protect me. During no contact I am getting stronger I have process in my mind its over. I deserve better he gave me nothing no love, intimacy, time etc. I need to watch how to kindly turn down your ex if that joker comes back!!!

yeah I hear you I put my heart into some who did not care years wasted and iv realised too walking away is the best solution

I have watched several videos, and I'm convinced that this one particular coach is the best of the best. I regard him to be one of the most personable people on youtube, but also one of the most knowledgeable. Other coaches in other content areas should watch him for tips.

My ex is the biological father to my 6 years old son. I ended the relationship because he lied about his finances and stopped supporting us until I found out the truth. Today it's exactly 20 days of no contact with him. The break up was bitter. On 6.4.2021 he sent me money, I received the money BUT didn't break the no contact

4 months of no contact, his birthday was last week and i didn’t wish him. I hope this action triggered something to his mind

I'm currently in one of these situations,I was with my ex for 2 years and the relationship ended in a mutual way with some hard feelings ,,fastfoward 3 years and we have both progressed in ours lives and I have accomplished alot ,a few days ago I get a random text from her out of the blue and she wants to meet up to see how I've been , we met up the following weekend which was yesterday and surprisingly enough we kissed and everything went great! ,,my question is , What do I do from here? After 1,5 year of relationship my ex girlfriends brokes up 8 weeks ago because of distance and because she missed the spark. Due the corona we couldnt see eachother for around a year and thats heavy for both of us despite that we had plans that I would move to her place when its possible. Since the break up she (video)call/text many like 3 or 4 times a week. She say many stuff like ''I love you'' and ''I hope we can start again in the future''. Ofcourse I understand that actions say more than some words but it feels like its possible to get back with her. I followed all the basic steps: I only reached out 1 time in 6 weeks and when she call/text I react happy/normal, not sad/needy/depressed. But I come to a point that I dont know what to do, it feels like if I dont do anything my chances will get lower. Do you guys have some tips for me? I would appreciate that!

I don't know whether or not I should congratulate him on his birthday tomorrow. We broke up 1 month ago (I don't even know who initiated it: I asked for a break (because he was too disrespectful and I wasn't a priority at all), and he said life is too short to waste on the wrong people. And deleted me from social media. (We had been on and off for a while). Then I called him the next day saying I missed him, he was very cold. I had completely lost myself in our relationship. Now I've changed so much and gained so much self respect. Maybe I don't even want to be with him at this point because I'm still healing, but I still love him. What would you do?

My ex and I were together 4 1/2 years broke up for a year 1 1/2. Got back together for 6 months then he ended it again. We have 2 kids together. We broke up 1 1/2 bc I was battling with depression most of the break up and it got worse after our second child was born. I was in a really bad spot and did everything wrong on that 1 1/2. But I turned it around. Went back to school, got a better job, and lost 50lbs. He came back last August but I think I had changed to much for him. He didn't have care for me like used to be. Now we have our good days of co parenting. Then its like things are going to good and he starts a fight and its like this cycle we are caught in.

My ex girlfriend reached out yesterday, texted me a month after we broke up meaning she left me, and had also blocked my number, and two weeks after I emailed her saying I was letting her go and wished her the best. The last time I saw her in person she told me she was seeing some guy and that she likes him and that there is no chance we’re getting back together and I should MoveOn. Her text message yesterday asked me if I would mow her lawn lawn. Why ask me instead of any landscaper, or the guy she’s seeing?

So, my ex was swindled into it seems like a new relationship. They both like each other now and they have kissed. He was her best friend for a couple of months now. Do you have any tips for this? Ldr shorterm relationship, and now approaching 5 months NC last 3days ago he blocked me aside from Fb blocked after the breakup before now on IG 😔 I don't know if he misses me or not but what I'm sure he doesn't want me anymore.
