Coach Abby, My ex and I went our separate ways. I have been in no contact with her and have excepted the break up. I am currently close to 50 days of no contact and I have been researching and doing several different types of listening and watching videos on KZread. What you basically just Reaffirmed to me is that going to God and reading my Bible and educating myself and getting my mind right let me know that I am on the right path and heading in the right direction. You were absolutely spot on with everything that you said and I truly appreciate that. The abundance that have been coming my way since the break up has been amazing. Although I have not contacted my ex I’m getting to a place in my life and in my headspace that when I do decide and if I do decide to contact her I will be in a much better frame of mind and willing to except whatever she throws back at me. What will u do if she doesn't , don't chase just leave it be , try rekindle sometime of relationship or contact work from there , but never express how u feel and don't tell her u want a relationship just be yourself around her and u might get her back

hi, i would like to ask my ex broke up with me then i was trying to convince him why not to break up the first couple of days and lashed and blocked him,then i heard about you no contact videos and added him again and went radiosilence,again and went radiosilence he accepted then kept posting stories then unfollowed and removed me from his social media after a couple of days,does this mean that my no contact working?
