Best advice I ever heard. My wife and I are currently separated and I was doing push behavior and trying to beg for her to take me back. She didn’t want the old broken me who treated her bad. She wanted space and said I needed to work on myself. We have a child and are relationship has gotten better during the separation. I went to therapy and started working on myself emotionally, physically and mentally. It’s not easy and I miss her every day but we are slowly connecting again and she is seeing the new me that I am becoming. It may hopefully be enough to win her back after I hurt I her.

I drank today after being sober for quite a while. I feel a lot worse not only because I consumed alcohol but also because ive made so much progress in other areas of my life so to be here again it sucks. I caved in and stalked her IG and the organization she is apart of. Its been 7 months and im still hurting but im doing the best to improve myself. I think all of this is because im lonely.

Hello, Your videos have really been helping, thank you so much for all you do. My situation is a little different. My ex broke up with 4 days ago after he came back from vacation with his family. We have been together for 1 year and 2 months and we were friends for a year. We had a good relationship but had an issue where we would both constantly try hard to work on. He ended saying it was the hardest decision he has made in a long time, but we are two different and our relationship can no longer continue. He said it was the best decision for himself. I agree that we are very different, he is more career focused and I'm family focused. We work together, I have been doing no contact and he has been avoiding the office. My question is, is there hope that he will call and we can work it out or should I just give up hope

Hello Adrian, not sure whether you or the team could see this but i'm in need of an advice. Me and my girl decided to get married but was "cockblocked" by her ex-fiancee . Everything was good and all until the family of the her ex-fiancee talked to her family about wanting to get her married with him. She doesn't want to of course but her family's circumstances is somewhat unique since her parents passed away and she's taken care by her grandmother. So not wanting anything bad happen to her grandmother and her relatives aren't helping her at all in any way in this situation, she was forced to get married to him and i''m still devastated by it. By no means, i have no ill hatred towards her because of her situation. It's just that i wished things were like in the movies and sweep her off her feet and rescue her from her situation. But this is real life and i have to accept that it happened. So she got married last week and i saw her pictures in her social media and everything and it didn't feel right. Meaning, even though she was smiling and having some sort of fun going places with her "husband and new family", i can't help to think but she's not being her real self and had to play "happy wife" without any form love that comes from the heart. As of this moment, i'm still in contact with her through social media and haven't been blocked yet by any means. She did contact me a few days ago wanting my help with some official matters through Whatsapp. I helped of course; not wanting to be the asshole as she asked for my help. So my question is; can your advices be used on someone who is currently married (forced)? I love her with all my heart and i want to somehow "save" her from this whole predicament but i don't know my next plan of action. Please help me. 😔

Great video and really great advise!! I work with a colleague of mine ( female ) we have known each other for 1 year now, and enjoyed having drinks and dinner, and always have a laugh and enjoy each others company, at work and socially. We have slept with each other twice and had sex together which we both agreed was great. However its difficult to understand what she wants from us,I've tried to speak to her about it but she kinda puts a wall up and says she is not in a position to start a relationship, I know it's difficult as she came out of a relationship of 3 years approximately 2 years ago, and understand she is maybe afraid, but it's really difficult as I don't want to put pressure on her, feel lost and confused as to what to do? Any advice would be great to hear.

Just enjoy things as they are. No need to change up a good friendship unless it’s mutual. If you want more from her than she told you she can give then either continue as is, or stop.

What do you do if an ex breaks up with you because they feel that they can’t give you 100% because of their work and school schedule. My first breakup where there is no bad blood or any anger. I think it hurt her just as much as me.

But i agree with no contact.. forever (: 1-Stop putting them on a pedestal 2-Put yourself on it 3-Bear the crown 4-Let the ex lover stand alone like you did 5-Enjoy your own self development 6-My man You should stop giving a fuck like i did for so long. I set boundaries with the bitch, don't change for others. I'm sorry but really, no one is worth your time and sorrow when you or they decide it is over. There is so much more people that will see value in you. People that will trust you and follow you along your way. Thing is.. what is the most difficult part ? Getting back or making it work ? It s a one time thing it seems. No one says you fucked up though. Videos like this focus on your regrets and mistakes. But it takes two people. Two people being , or not , invested. No one is perfect, everyone has flaws. You can't go back to what was, either your former self, or relation. So whatever and let it bit the dust i guess. Hoping people to change is way too much of a delusionnal utopy. Change yourself and your surroundings. Your vision will get clearer anyway, and you will notice that if you don t do all the work they won t do it for you. So much for what you call love heh
