After no contact my ex called me at 3am (6am her time cause she was in NY) I didn’t answer, and she didn’t leave a message. I was blocked, but I called her from another number. And she answered and told me that she was calling me about our cat. We spoke, she decided to unblock me and told me to tell her about a day I would be in town. I explained that I want the cat, but can’t keep it right now do to me relocating. Only thing she texted was “I’m back tomorrow” I said ok, then keep in contact about everything. She send me again, “I will. I fly back tomorrow” , on the day she flew back I texted. yo what’s up, and she responded hey I’m back. Leaving town in a couple days but will be back the next day. Then she asked “how long are you in town?” - told her it’s up in the air and travel plans have changed. She hasn’t brought up the cat at all.

I always do but don’t think it matters because she always answers back

I texted him first after many months, he did not reply at all! I did not text him again since then. And he did not also. Though we didnt fight before getting separated. He just dumped me on text and went away. But he told me i am a very good person before leaving me. The only compliment that i still remember.

Thank you for the post and sharing your story. I know it is challenging and hard. Although you have done everything you can, continue to work on yourself and your personal growth. Finally,we have or we have not to make the first step in no contact situation??????? We should be patient,allegedly.....these are your words....give us a clue about the,no contact period,communication....

Thank you for your videos I've watched most of them I am finding a hard to connect cause we have a three-year-old together I have stop texting her 1st But we basically need to stay in contact because we have a child to coparent

I have a question - I got dumped by someone who cited my lack of communication is being an issue. She said that she felt she always needed to chase me. Is giving her space at the moment really going to be helpful when that was one of the major problems to begin with?

But if they left because they can’t communicate and dodged tough conversations? He told me it’s nothing I did, it’s something he needs to fix in himself and after distancing for 2 weeks was very communicative? I’ve gone no contact until he reaches out with something significant. Can’t build a life with an avoidant not able to have an adult conversation and come to a middle ground. Main issue was poor communication and due to his work schedule ( he’s an entrepreneur) we really didn’t have a lot of time together any way. I only needed one evening a week and a few phone calls a week. Basics. I left him 3 years ago because he only text then too. He kept reaching out every few months and when I ran into him randomly I decided to give it another shot and meet him where he is communication wise. Big waste of time. Now I know about fearful avoidant attachments and learned a lot about my own short comings so that’s the only real benefit I guess. If he comes back I have boundaries for days.

For me I can't do no contact with her because we work together. Is tough because I have to communicate with her everyday.

I have my pilots license and my ex still hates me lol .

Could you please help me with my Situation. My ex broke up with me 2 months ago. I begged and pleaded for a few weeks right after the break up. Then I went into no contact and after 1 week he reached out to me. He told me that he still loves me, that he still has feelings and that he sometimes misses me. We spent some really good days together. But after 1 week he felt uncertain again and dumped me again. Why does he feel insecure out of nowhere again? And Is there still a chance he will reach out again?

This happened to me I keep dumping my boyfriend all the time after that I feel to miss him maybe you love him very much you don’t need to show him if you care to much about him.

I have a question, can you please help me with it. My ex broke up with me 20 days before my birthday and he ignored all my messages, but he videocalled me on WhatsApp in my birthday. My question is should I do the same for his birthday or just ignore it at all

Heyy, my ex told me she has feelings to one of my friends, that i even can’t call him friend but never mind, we had three years relationship and we broke up three weeks ago now she wants to date him and today i just got that information that she has told him all the disgusting thing i have made to her and our problems😢😢

Hi l'm and my ex won't live in spein bo l won't live in UK l been living in Spain for him 2 year's bo now l'm back to UK and him too bo it's always saying it's going back to spein bo l finally Stan up for my self and won't l won't no wotts him won't and it's saying it's fine you can go in Spain and me just not too gender

ITS NOT TRUE, IF YOU DOING EFFORT FOR HIM HE WILL MAKE HIM LOVE YOU BACK? IT'S NOT REAL IN THIS WORLD. BECAUSE MEN WILL LOSE INTEREST, ON HIS EYES YOU LOOK DESPERATE AND YOUR A LOW VALUE WOMAN.. NEVER DO A FIRST STEP, NEVER REACH OUT FIRST, NEVER GIVE HIM TOO MUCH CARE AND ATTENTION. THE NARCISSIST WERE ALWAYS BE A NARCISSIST. HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. BE CAREFUL ON YOUR ACTIONS
