came back initiating contact after 3 months . Came back with strong interest So hot then went warm .No date initiated . Few conversations few texts. Inconsistency took place. Now complete silence 🥲He’s avoidant. Any advice? Please

I relate sooooo much. First no contact, didn't contact him but was miserable thinking about him all the time. He called, we went on a date, he realized I didn't improve anything on myself since my focus was him and not me. I'm in second no contact, started dating other guys, meeting my friends again, will soon join dance classes, started yoga and I feel soooo much better. If he comes back I will figure it out but if he doesn't, no problemo, todo bueno ☮️

This is my 2nd No Contact, I’m about 3 1/2 weeks into it. Last year, I tried No Contact right before I had a string of tragic events; I lost my grandpa & my dog within a week of each other and had difficulties finding a job. I caved, I was so depressed. I needed to talk and grieve to him. I can feel it’s going to have a better outcome this time because I’m in a much better place! I got a new job AND I’m buying my grandpa’s house in 3 weeks! On Facebook, my guy is reacting to all my posts and loves ❤ my pictures! I know we’ll meet soon because a mutual friend is visiting our area. I’ve watched a lot of your videos and I have a plan! I think the advice you’re giving is empowering!

I honestly don't think I've made any mistakes as such, I've gone no contact again as we got back together and within 3 days he went back to his old ways that caused the breakup in the first place. This was after a really painful 2 months of no contact. That's how long it took for him to apologise for his arrogant behaviour. Hopefully it's not that long again as it's such a terrible waste of time when we could be together. Sorry really does seem to be the hardest word for many.

Second time no contact. 4 months in. Ex unblocked me on Instagram and opened her profile as open and public just as I had done mine before her. To me she is looking and there's certainly progress being made, and I know that within myself. Where do I stand on this you reckon?

I have went back in to no contact again with my ex yesterday (we’ve been split for 4 1/2 months) he came back 2 1/2 weeks ago and asked for another chance except it was out of fear/ desire for comfort not because he genuinely misses me so I rejected him. Because he reached out/ apologised/ started to work on himself we’ve been friendly but he says he is unsure about what he actually wants and I can’t be around him as I feel stuck I need space again to figure out what I want or to move on.

So what should you do long distance?

I did the no contact , my ex called me and said she wanted to see me . She came to my house and said she has seen physically changes on me . But she is already in a relationship but she said it’s kinda not good . She said she misses me everywhere she goes with this person or places . I didn’t ask her to come back to me I just said “ do what your heart wants not what you mind wants “ . She then text me the next day but I answered dry and she was dry so I left her on seen . I’m confused on what she wants . I don’t want to be no plan B here . I really want her back so I’m planning on doing the no contact again . Also she said she wants to go back with me but she is afraid . She seem confused . What do I do now ?

Yea I messed it up last night the mother of my daughter texted me and we actually had a decent conversation I was drinking and I should’ve ended the conversation but she would put a ? On some of my texts like she didn’t understand so I blew it and spazzed out with heavy emotion smh we been separated since Nov. 4 this our 2nd big break up last time we was separated almost 5 months then got bacc together. So how do I restart No Contact with a 2 year old baby and tbh I think she doing the NC too to me.

Did no contact. It worked she reached out and missed me and asked if i missed her. Only to find out that the entire time we reconnected she was in a rebound relationship. Her rebound lasted 2 weeks after we reconnected. Only for her to continue to want to be friends. I dont want to seem weak so i didnt let it bother me. Was it wrong for her to seek my friendship during her rebound and should i do no contact again by surprise or let her know i need space? I thought she was opening up to me and now realized she only was because she got played by her rebound who used her as a rebound. I will continue to move forward no matter what, clearly she feels guilty and thats why she is not trying to lose our "new" friendship?

Hi Coach, I work with my ex (7 weeks limited contact) and she already called me once to tell me about why she is frustrated with me and how i should of changed during the relationship but she notices my changes now. I already verbally took accountability for my actions and she is does not believe I changed for real. This is the second time we broke up, I am not sure what to do next. I know this is a good sign she is frustrated with me rather then indifferent. (I can't afford 1on1 sessions)

She’s testing you to see if you lose your emotional center and become jealous. Don’t react to it at all or show you’re upset. Take space and allow her to come to you

It definitely works about 5 times.. but what happens after the tenth time he says never ever will it work. Can it still work 😩

My ex blocked me immediately at the breakup almost like she was just putting up a wall to protect her own emotions and keep me from contacting her. I didn't do anything needy or pushy for her to do this. What is the reason for this? She said I was a good boyfriend and we had a good relationship but there was just alot of habitual bickering. It's better to be alone for a while. because a person needs space in the mind and heart for a few weeks or months. She has to start loving herself before she is able to love someone else he also needs to first love himself before giving love to someone else. the woman doesn't want someone who doesn't love himself. eating healthy food, and having healthy habits that are good for your body and mind. self-pleasure isn't the same as self-love self-pleasure is a short-term feeling self-love is a long-term feeling meditation creates self-love.

Me and my ex split on 2nd Dec 2022. She said she wants to be friends and I agreed and told her on the basis we can try and get back together at some point. We’ve met every 2 weeks since going to the cinema, meals and coffee shop etc. I go into no contact a few days after we meet up until we arrange new dates, and we call them dates. Can I turn friendship back into a relationship as we tell each other how much we enjoy each others company still?

My ex obsessed with me because of x. He always want to have x with me. (We officially brokeup 2021. But had x time to time.) That is so frustrating. Because i love him sm and i want him to love me as i do. I didn’t contact him for while but i did last month to ask him to have lunch with me or go out and eat.
