    The SOLVED ones are my fav. Unsolved leaves me so hurt and anxious. EDIT: okay, clearly I need to clarify. I’m not saying I don’t watch unsolved or that I don’t want them showed. I said solved were my FAVS. That’s it. Unsolved needs to be seen so that evidence and light can be shined on the case. I do watch them, they just hurt deeper because the family and friends don’t have justice. That’s all I meant.

    It's interesting that so many people still aspire to be 'like' Marilyn Monroe. I like Marilyn Monroe a lot. She's obviously a cultural icon; she was beautiful; and she was a brilliant and charismatic actress. However her life was tragic. She grew up in an orphanage, she was eventually fostered but kept going back to the orphanage. She had a turbulent adolescence during which she was sexually abused. She then dropped out of school and married at a very young age (16 years old). When she eventually broke into acting, she was reduced to a 'sex symbol', and repeatedly taken advantage of, this made her very insecure about her acting abilities. In her second marriage she was physically abused to the point that she started taking drugs to cope. She desperately wanted children but kept miscarrying. Her life was traumatic and as a result she was wholly unhappy person. It's sad to think that anyone would aspire for her life.

  • @LucyLioness100

    @LucyLioness100

    Yeah that got to me because knowing about how tragic Marilyn’s life was made me grimace. Marilyn was an intelligent woman who unfortunately got typecast as the dumb blonde thanks to films like “Seven Year Itch” & “Some Like It Hot” despite trying to get more varied roles. Plus her abuse of barbiturates that lead to her demise (whether accidental or murder will always be up for debate) played another large part in her unhappy existence.

    ***CASE REQUEST*** My heart aches for little 5 year old Raven Thompson. She was found murdered and laying on the cement floor in thw basement of her foster parents home. Her 7 year old brother Zane was found in the back seat of a car with non accidental injuries that were so severe he needed to be air lifted to a hospital from the reservation here in North Dakota. Today, the foster father plead guilty to murder. The story is horrific! There were 13 people living in that house on the reservation. And 8 of them were children. Something HAS TO STOP! Things need to change! Thinking needs to change. Be challenged. Get the children off the reservation and into non abusive homes filled with hope and structure for a future. My heart still aches for Raven. 5 years old. Beaten and left dead on the cement in the basement. :(

I can’t imagine wanting to kill someone or fight to keep someone who cheated on you. Just let them go like there’s 7 billion people in the world. This person probably isn’t ur soul mate if they cheat on you.

Honestly, the other person does not deserve your emotional investment if they cheated on you.

    I don't think it's unreasonable or overreacting to be paranoid and angry when your partner cheats on you multiple times and doesn't seem to be sorry for it, even going so far as to do it in public with you present which just ramps up the humiliation. Cheating is a form of emotional abuse and that shouldn't be overlooked or brushed off just because she's a woman. If it was so horrible and such a big deal when he did it, it's equally horrible and bad when she did it. And for the people who are inevitably going to jump down my throat and say that I'm victim blaming- don't get me wrong, Ryan did a brutal, horrific, monstrous thing. As shitty of a person as Jasmine was, she absolutely didn't deserve what happened to her. I'm just saying that Eleanor downplaying and excusing Jasmine's abuse towards Ryan and magnifying Ryan's abuse towards Jasmine feels very lopsided and biased, which isn't what you want in videos like these.

    I think calling her a supermodel is a bit of a stretch, no? An example of a supermodel is Cindy Crawford. Jasmine was a model, and likely a bikini or glamour model. Nothing wrong with that, it’s just very different from being a supermodel - this has nothing to do with fashion, height, or anything like that. It is just model in the literal sense of posing for someone, without having to meet the fashion industry requirements which are what most people think of when they hear model and especially “supermodel”

Also, if you had read it correctly, they said that Jasmine's cheating was treated like it wasn't that big of a deal, whereas Jenkins's cheating _in response_ is treated as if he was extremely disgusting for doing so. Yes, at the end of the day, he was an evil human being that let his emotions get the best to him, but this is a two parter and not everyone has looked to see what has happened, so a lot of people aren't even going off of the information of him killing her. From how Eleanor put it, he didn't just ruin the relationship out of nowhere, because she was actively cheating with him, especially in public. If she hadn't had cheated and he still got obsessive and jealous out of nowhere, then yeah, I could see that. No, she was also pretty toxic in the relationship, he just handled it in the worst possible way a human can. He's extremely disgusting because of that.

    A LOT of guys like the IDEA of dating a model more than the reality. My SO was "totally fine" with my modeling in the beginning, but the reality of my work (being in lingerie/nearly nude in photos) took its toll. We had to work through a lot of issues it caused for both of us, such as insecurity in him, and resentment towards him in myself because he had insisted he was comfortable with my work at first. I do believe that initially he really had honestly thought he was comfortable, and he wasn't being dishonest, and that can change over time as relationships mature. It doesn't really matter anymore since the last few years I've been dealing with a chronic illness and I no longer model, I'm just taking it easy while I work on getting my health better again. But, I feel like this is such a common thing, when the IDEA of something appeals to someone more than the reality.

    Hope your health gets back to normal soon. Ideas (i.e. expectations) almost always seem better than the reality I think. Idk what I'd expect, having a SO whose career is a lingerie model, but the difficulties you mentioned would surely occur to me. I suppose the IDEA in this case is that it's easy enough to handle, as long as you believe in the relationship - but the reality is that it's harder than you think, even if you anticipate the difficulties on paper.

Being manipulative and toxic to your partner will emotionally fuck with them, so it’s not as cut and dry as him just being an overly jealous boyfriend. Obviously she shouldn’t face any harm, but I don’t like the comments glossing over her actions within the relationship. Reminder, this is only about the relationship. Nothing to do with the murder.

    i honestly think it’s so people will click on them for that exact reason and won’t click if they see there is no part 2 posted. :/ she could at least use the same titles though. she uses different title names for the parts which makes it more confusing. for example, i’m sure you’ve seen the english eyeball killer video and the schoolboy killer video are both the same case except one is part 1 and the other is part 2. yet they have different names... it can get quite confusing for new people who are trying to watch and have no idea what part comes next. even for a regular viewer like me. i almost didn’t even click on the second video because i thought it was a separate case and wanted to wait to watch that until i finished the other one first. i just really think it’s a click tactic and no hate to her, i like her too and it’s her channel, so she can of course do what she wants with it, but it’s just a bit inconvenient i guess. and if that’s the best way for her to get views, then who am i to judge that. this is her job after all. i just hope it doesn’t back fire and people just stop watching or just look up cases on their own in the future because of it.

    He saw his wife making out with another man and blew it out of proportion…..🤔. The outcome of him murdering her is wrong on all levels;however, no one would say if a woman catches her husband cheating and she slaps him and push him in the pool as blowing it out of proportion. I’m sorry but I have to be honest and say they were both horrible people but no one deserved to die.

    I kind of also agree. Im not sure why but most women do the same thing that most men do, "well she had a reason. She was unhappy." Thats no reason at all. There's no reason to cheat on someone. That is a form of mental abuse. It does alot to the ego and mind. Really screws with you. Its probably one of the most F'd up things you can do in a relationship. It sticks with you forever and follows you to other relationships and makes you paranoid. It truly sucks. If you have been cheated on ever in a relationship (which most of us have), just know that you're not alone and you are special. That person who cheated on you has the issue. Remember this "innocent until proven guilty". Don't assume your new partner is doing things, there's a chance that even tho you're scared or worried about it happening, that its not. Be honest about things in your relationship and remember to be understanding of some situations. I too sometimes have issues with my past and think that sometimes things are going on that honestly probably aren't. Sometimes there's signs and sometimes there's not. Its always better to have solid evidence before taking it to the table. Be strong loves! You're all so important and amazing! ❤ to be able to put your heart back out there so many times even tho you know there's a good chance it can be broken again and again, shows how strong you are. Stay faithful, stay hopeful. 🥰

    No offense sis I love you but screaming at your significant other who has a track record of cheating because they were making out with someone and pushing them in a pool isn’t blowing it out of proportion. As a female if the roles were reversed and it was me in his shoes everyone would be looking at my situation as if it were justified. Not defending him in any way but if that were me being done dirty I would not have only pushed my significant other in the pool I would have thrown all his shit in the pool with him. 😭

    Take what I say with a pinch of salt, but jealousy is leading motive for a lot of assaults. Why put yourself in the position where you could get charged? Also just because it’s behaviour you would do, doesn’t justify it.

    I just commented this same thing on another video, so I’ll paraphrase. Eleanor, it would be incredibly helpful if, on multiple part videos, you would give them ALL the same title, and add “Part 1/2/3”. It took me several minutes to find the second part of the 3 part video on the landlady, Dorothea, who killed several of her boarders for their government checks. It can be really confusing with multiple parts that all have different titles.
