No...he looks like he will do a weight lifting competition with freiza. Where have you ever seen him fighting someone? Lifting weights and doing exercises =/= automatically a good fighter........apples and oranges

Hey, I'm new to kettlebells and pardon my ignorance. Do these olympic explosive movements stimulate the chest sufficiently, or do you find yourself doing supplementary chest work later?

@@thrivecounselling That is the beauty of kettlebell workout here. It stimulates the chest to maintain muscle and endurance. And if you want to supplement with a chest workout after you can supplement at will. These total body workouts are perfect.

I currently only have 1 kettlebell to work with and my left shoulder dislocated years ago lifting and just really can't handle that particular movement. Good grip, good texture, great price. I mostly do one arm swings and this bell works great for me.
Great workout. My one kettlebell was a bit too heavy for a few of these. So be mindful of the weight you choose. At 55lbs mine was a little heavy for the above the shoulder portion
Just found this. I like your editing. Exercise. "Do this ten times." Cut to next exercise. I'd hit pause. Do the thing then keep going. This is a more complete approach to working at home. I feel trained and informed. Great job.
Just started getting through a few of the workouts. I really enjoy the challenge of the conditioning routines especially since we are stuck at home alot now. I feel like a beast if I can get through them!

Kettlebells are great! All are natural movements and you can do the exercises anywhere, far less likely to get injured also but make sure to start light.
This workout was on fire! Absolutely what I have been looking for! Keep them coming. I managed to burn 1100 cals and I was blowing like a banshee. Proper! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👌🏽

Back stretches and lower weight and more reps when you’re doing squats. Practice more with body weight squats so your muscle memory can develop and get your muscles in your back stronger.just follow with good diet and good stretching. Plenty of those videos on KZread
