KB WORKOUT PART 1 - 20MINS EMOM
Warm up As Shown in Video
Main workout
(KB Weight M:24kg Women: 12-14kg)
Min 1: 15 American swings
Min 2: 15 Goblet squats
Min 3: 6 E side Power cleans
Min4: 5 Eside Squat Clean
Min5: Rest
(Add more reps if you can to progress or scale down if needed)
KB WORKOUT 2: KB Complex
(KB Weight M:24-28kg Women: 12-14kg)
E3mins x 7 Rounds Complete;
15 Hand 2 Hand Swings
5 Cleans
5 Snatches
5 Windmill
5 Cleans
5 Snatches
5 Windmill
Complete all the movements within 3mins. Repeat x 7. You can always add more rounds or less and same applies to the reps

Man, i thought i was in shape. I love to do body building type workouts. Your workouts showed me this type of workout will keep the heart going and burn those calories... I was so out of breath after this. And i train 6 days as well as jog and run on a regular basis. I am impressed. Kettle bells done right will break any ones ego if they dare to have one!

I never used one before. I always kind of scoffed at them at the gym. Then I watched this video. I went out and bought one and I love it. Our gyms are closed here in California also. I have dumb bells at home, but thanks to you I now have a kettlebell. It adds a whole new dimension to at home workout.
