Two months of this after Norway restricted their quarantine rules, and I finally started to focus on my body, not the misery of being isolated and homeschool, and I have to say; oh my god. This video is on replay every second day in my apartment. Even got my boyfriend to work out with me, and we feel so much better, both of us! Thank you for this amazing workout!

Hey Thank You a kiloton for your help!!! Used to be a gym rat in my teens and let myself get ‘too busy’ and got skinny fat. Haven’t gotten back to a gym and won’t until it’s over, I work with the elder patients, once this all done though!! What I’m trying to say is after getting a plate weight kettlebell and pushing past S&S to your work outs makes me feel like an athlete again! Feels great to feel strong thank you Obi!!!!

I got super strong just using 20' pound dumbbells over the lockdown. I was putting them together in one hand for bench, shoulder press. Went into planet fitness, benched 75 pound dumbbells for 15 reps, a few sets. Lifted hard, 6am , then went back 10 am , still recovering 2 days off now. Really enjoy dumbbells, kettle ball looks fun too. the heaviest is 30 pounds there. You cant lift heavy all the time.

I tried this workout yesterday and it was very good, but tough when performing the following: OH Windmills (I did feel restricted when bending like there was too much money to squeeze out). Z Press. ( I had to reduce the Kettlebell weight from 16kg to 12kg). I varied the weight in some of the exercises. I used the 20kg, 16kg and 12kg Kettlebells. I will be performing this workout again in the week and to overcome the difficulties with the Windmills. By the way Obi, do you have any suggestions or advice to improve my technique with the Windmills during the warming up process and workout in general. By the way I struggled with 12kg when performing the OH Windmill. I guess I would have to use a 3kg? Trust me I don't have a Mega belly, but felt like I had one when performing the Windmill. Thanks in advance.

Trying this one out tomorrow! 1 question - when you say "Front Rack Lunge - 10 each side". Is that *right hand holding, 10 right leg and 10 left leg. Then left hand holding 10 right leg and 10 left leg? Or are you not that mean? lol. *right hand holding 5 each side - left hand holding 5 each side?

So you do 1a then straight away 1b then 60 seconds rest same for 2 and 3? Then do you do 4a, 4b and 4c straight after each other then 60s rest then repeat two more times? Same for the rest (except the finisher)? Thanks

9:26 What I wonder is how to deal with range limit when coming down which is the ground blocks the elbow go any deeper. Full essentric movement is not happening. Wouldn't it be less benefitial than a full range? I always enjoy Obi's workout video honestly and also kettlebell lover. The only curioucity that whether this kettlebell increase muscle mass in chest. Thanks!
