Starting my own small business is scary but I know it’s what im supposed to do. I have a dream of how many trucks I’ll have with my logo on each one. Starting with a pickup truck and under equipped but I will make it happen. In 1 year I will have 2 trucks with full service. Stopped being scared and making excuses for myself. Going to make it happen from the bottom! Good luck to anyone out there taking the leap. You aren’t alone

I’m 13. I’ve been listening to all of these speachs and reallllyyy really just getting into all of these manifestation tequique videos, and I just find them all really awesome. I really like to research about these stuff and use them in my daily life. Honestly, I feel like I’m gonna become a rlly cool person growing up if I start to use these stuff more with coping with my anxiety, procrastination, manifestation, etc. Mel robbins, you helped me a bunch, thanks :)

Bro I’m 18 and was on this occult journey for years, but honestly all this pseudoscience did not make life better it actually made it too complicated and I was completely separated from reality. Now I visualize, treat others how I want to be treated, practice smiling and listen to positive affirmations while I sleep. Life is a million times better. I pray too.

I don’t “manifest” I just make it happen. I don’t read self improvement books anymore I read fantasy books now. Please do me a favor and look at the other side of KZread showing the real truth behind these magical methods. God is the way. Not the divinity. Or higher consciousness.

supposedly, one of our forefathers (I think it was Ben Franklin) used vidualization, but also visualized gurus - a set of 12 he selected mostly from long dead geniuses - to guide him through his goals, to ask him questions that lead him to the answers or at least to the creative process

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 02:31 💡 Feeling stuck when manifesting is common. Visualizing the steps to achieve your goals can be challenging and lead to doubt and caution. 04:10 💪 Leveraging the power of objectivity can overcome mental blocks. Instead of visualizing yourself, imagine a friend or admired person doing the tasks you want to achieve. 08:44 🤔 "What would [someone you admire] do?" Use this question as a simple tool to make decisions when you're unsure of the steps to take toward your goals. 11:57 🏆 Leverage the power of objectivity to shift your mindset and become more creative and bold. It can lead to unexpected opportunities and career advancements. 13:47 🧭 Imagine yourself alongside the admired person doing the work. This visualization will help you take concrete steps towards your dreams and manifest your goals. Made with HARPA AI. Love this tool to help optimize time. Thanks Mel for this great presentation

I've never put a name to it before, but this is EXACTLY what I've done in order to go after the things that I want and achieve what I've achieved so far. Another helpful trick, rather than to ask "What would (insert aspirational person's name here) do?" is to create an aspirational alter-ego version of yourself and ask what that super-charged you would do. Regular Me wouldn't dare conduct a live webinar in front of 400 attendees, but Super Me would! Also, thanks so much for addressing what REAL manifestation is all about-it's not about sitting around trying to think and feel your way to the life of your dreams, there is real action involved as well. Thinking, feeling, and acting are all necessary components of manifestion.

This is pure gold, thank you SO much Mel! I really resonate with that download / zing / ping / gravitational pull you were talking about at the start of the video when you see someone doing something you want to do with your life and you think: "oh my gosh, that's it!" About 5 years ago, I volunteered for Gabby Bernstein's The Universe Has Your Back book tour in San Fransisco and I was working on getting my own tech start-ups off the ground at the time. I saw her speak that night and felt that download of "this is what I need to be doing with my life too." Fast forward 5 years later, I just traditionally published my very first book last year (it's called P.S. You're A Genius) and here I am, promoting my book, sharing my message, speaking to groups, and it's incredible!! I am so excited to see what other dreams come my way through the power of that download / zing / ping!!!

Funny thing, after I have reflected (for the last 17 years) on the 31 years of marriage to my late husband, I realize now that it wasn’t as rosy as I had convinced myself it was….it was an illusion. I lied to myself to ‘get through’ it. I did not realize this then, living in the moment. So, no. We do not always think the past was better…..if we can manage to be honest with ourselves. The only thing that may make it better are the fact that we were younger, prettier, more handsome, less pain, or any number of reasons like that. But the past for some, is not a better place for our minds to dwell.

@@TheKaraqi4 That is interesting & I wonder how this way of thinking changes things. I am sometimes scared of the future, but usually think things should be better in a year or 2, compared to the present, I mean for things like career, money. I also think sometimes the past was better, that I missed opportunities. Main challenge for me is to focus in the present.

Hello friend! I often wake up in the middle of the night and overhear some sort of internal conversation going on that seems important. I now know it to be my guidance crew. I have received several really cool bits of info and leading that have felt so yummy and so true that it has been a big part of my anticipation about going to bed at night....knowing I may receive some kind of important guidance or insight for my life. What I heard two nights ago was (paraphrased) "be like Mel Robbins, not to emulate her, but to borrow from her confidence and her way of moving through the world". The thing is, I really hadn't seen any of your work! I have been reading like a mad fool, Martha Beck included, but hadn't had any connection yet to you or what you stood for. So, this middle-of-the-night intro to you was out of left field. I just listened to you being interviewed by Jonathan Fields and what you said about scarcity absolutely pulsed into my soul. This video just made me smile from ear to ear. It is the essence of the message I heard two nights ago. Be like Mel Robbins, but not really, be yourself entirely. I love how Spirit is working. Thank you for this message and I look forward to hearing more of the work you're doing.

I love everything about this video. I can relate to your story of seeing Martha Beck and getting that jolt of, "OH YEAH! THAT is what I want to be doing." In the past, I would hold my vision of myself doing what I wanted to do. Even though I knew that I didn't have a clue to the steps I needed to get me there, in my meditation I would see myself opening up to all of the possibilities of seeing the next step, then the next one then the next one. For me, it was a matter of being aware, aware and trusting that I truly was meant to do what that JOLT inspired within me. This video has given me another tool for finding those next steps. THANK YOU for your generosity in sharing.

This makes total sense. It always helps to start something you are apprehensive to do when a friend goes along with you on the journey. Let’s all make Mel Robbins that friend. See you on the other side: successful and happy!

Resonated with the visualization idea! 1. Visualize the future you interested 2. Visualize the steps, having trouble imaging it? Visualize Jesus is facing all problem and what will he do (leverage objectivity) 3. Feel in your body imaging you r doing the work 4. Take action - good practice for presentations or taking bigger responsibility/steps out in work or reaching out to girls lol Frequency: daily habit

this is SO good and way better than the traditional "visualize the end goal" thing which isn't wrong to do but always makes me feel like a loser. This way doesn't.

Thanks Mel. It is me. Yes, it is always easier to give advice to other people than it is to yourself. 👍

Super interesting concept! While you were explaining, my mind made the connection with utilizing an alter ego as a tool for this visualization concept. Here you could go into your mind and create this alternate version of yourself that has/does all the things that you are aspiring to. Then you can ask yourself well what would my alter ego do and go from there. Beyoncé’s Sasha Fierce comes to mind. Thank you for this video! I just shifted my go-to visualization for the better. ♥️
