To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a weekly and monthly basis. I realized that the secret to making millions is by making better investments.

Summary: How your morning starts determines how your day goes. You MUST have a morning routine. For big goals that seem impossible: SHRINK your thinking. Just focus on the next actionable step and nothing else. And just do it for 15 minutes. From there it will snowball. Use visualization to your advantage. Don't just visualize the end goal, visualize all the steps leading up to it too and the emotions connected to those steps.

Small steps are better than none. I think much of the time we try to leap to far ahead but with small steps we can work towards those big leaps. Also many who try the big leaps to early fail the leap and end up just quitting all together.

This absolutely works! My lifelong dream was owning my own horse farm. It's such a huge goal, I never made any progress. So I decided 2019 was the year, so I dedicated 2018 to simply learning. I made a list of what I needed to learn about or get better at. Barn design, building permits, equine first aid, training, pasture maintenance. I kept a notebook with questions and answers. In Nov/Dec I made a list of what the steps were to open a farm... and come Jan 2019, I started those steps, and my farm opened in November 2019! 2 years sounds long, but I'd been dreaming about it but doing nothing for 30 years!

Then shower, get ready for my day, eat nourishing food and take my supplements. The whole thing is slow and easy and fits my needs RIGHT NOW. It would’ve been a train wreck had I tried to do it even just a year ago.

LOL here me out. you go about your day, you sweat, you shed hair, skin, cells, etc and then you bring all of that into your bed which you sleep in for 7+ hours! every night! doesnt it make more sense to go to bed feeling clean? idk just my opinion and once again i know its super random but this is the first thought i had lol

NOTES: Morning Routine 10 mins Routine Refresh. You need to customize this w/c you will really do.: 1) Sometimes the dream is so big & you're overwhelmed. Don't think of your big gial. SHRINK your thinking. Research about restaurants. Learning about launching a rest. It takes the pressure off. 2) Make this goal smaller & shrink it. Do something small everyday for 10 mins everyday. This will give momentum & snowball. You will research, meet people, get inspired. Find one thing everyday that teaches you this subject. It's easy to dream. It's hard to do. 3) Use Visualization. You can't just write down or make a vision board. You have to imagine yourself doing the steps to get there. FEEL the emotions that you will feel as you do these things.

No man, 10 to 15 minutes is pathetic. You should spend as much time as you truly desire on it, you also shouldnt have a stable morning routine, that causes you to get stuck and next thing you know youre ocd and will stress so much if youre off routine, or youll be even less motivated to stay in routine. You need to meditate for 10-15 minutes instead of researching, these 10-15 minutes will cause you to free up your mind of so much of your stress, just seclude yourself from everything for those ten minutes. This will cause you to then have ultimate control over your mind, which then will allow you to learn even more and not be overwhelmed at all, your everyday life will be so much less stressful! I promise you.

This video literally is a way to make steady money however you want, yet it will slave you to everything else going on around you, and will make you have less control over yourself. I know for sure your life goal isnt to make money, i bet its way deeper than that. and this will allow you to control your mind completely.

It's an old elementary school trick, known as cutting things down into "bite size" Everyone's "bite" capacity differs. Always and only consume/do only what you can handle/digest. School is meant to teach us _how_ to learn, and to function. I'm oft intrigued and always disheartened by how few of us actually grasp, absorb(ed), and practice that. As always, thank you for sharing videos as such. My current morning routine is about 15 minutes: 1. As soon as I open my eyes, I think about the things I am trying to manifest and really feel happy about it as if it already happened. 2. I listen to 528 Hz "I AM" affirmation meditation, I look at my vision board then recite my Gratitude prayer 3 times. 3. I do a 5 - 7 minute exercise - stretching, sit ups, push ups, yoga poses 4. I drink my matcha green tea while I look at my calendar and To Do list and make sure I prioritize them 5. I get on my inversion table for about 3 minutes (I used to have back issue) I walk my dog while I listen to morning manifestation affirmation. As I walk, I thank the trees, the air, the soil I'm stepping on and animals I come across with (ducks, cranes/herons, dogs). I am smiling, feeling grateful and abundant. When I get home, I do no. 2 while I update my daily journal. Yes, I keep my journal in the bathroom :). I shower and brush my teeth using charcoal toothpaste. I am an entrepreneur so I would either be on the phone or meeting clients during the day. I am always in the present. I smile a lot. I am always aware of what I'm thinking and making sure that I only allow positive things in. I think about the beautiful things that are happening in my life. My evening routine before I go to sleep is about 15 minutes: 1. I meditate/pray as I reflect on my day 2. Ensure that I at least have 3 grateful things I wrote down in my journal 3. I read a book for a few minutes 4. Depending on what I am trying to manifest, I would put on a theta healing meditation music or abundance hypnosis. I hope my sharing inspire you. Let me know how I can help you get to your dreams and aspirations... that's what I do. Mel Robbins is absolutely correct that how you start the morning dictates your day. If you wake up at 10AM pissed off about life, your day will normally not go well. You will be very easily distracted all day as you see out small pleasure to try to make you happy. Robbins quote that waking up late in the morning will set you behind.

Thanks for sharing good comformation all of it . Yes visualize the daily action steps. I need to work on this consistency. When I do a few things on this list I feel better. 1.Meditation&visualization 2. prayer 3 exercise 4. Gratitude Journal 5. Natural supplements vitamins 6. Food after intermediate fasting 7 listen to motivational teaching while exercising I read something motivational 8. Take action without distractions deep work I'm one of my important business goals ect I don't think I have to mention bathing and brushing my teeth the basics LOL. 2exercise I could be walking gratitude journal and listen to something motivational why my exercising. listen to my voice recorded affirmations when I wake up and when I go to bed. And that's normally takes me an hour or two but sometimes I can do some of it in a half hour. If it's only 10 or 15 minutes it's probably going to be 1.prayer 2. meditation visualization #5 minute workout exercise. Sometimes I leave my gratitude journal for the end of the day.

A morning routine can be this simple. I personally take 10-15 minutes to be alone and still. This helps me one to be present because I am not jumping out of bed and running like a headless chicken. Another thing it does for me also is to ground me, because if the first thing I do is interact with someone who's in a bad mood, I'd be in a bad mood all day because that person hijacked my happiness. The later is important if you're an introvert and love solitude, it's also important if you mood is affected by people. The same way you don't touch your phone, don't interact with mood stealers. This me time let's me run through a mental breakdown of my days goal, week goal and the macro goal the big scary goal.

Great summary of points to put into action...explaining the steps to get there so we can significantly impact our days and our lives and eventually the lives of others. I always admired certain women who could seamlessly transition and transform from one pursuit and passion or accomplishment to another and have this celebratory zest for life...it definitely keeps the momentum going with an interesting perspective. My other certain women I've admired are those who pursued with vision a specific domain to really light themselves up...a morning routine and visualization are definitely anchors to the foundations of passion and pursuing your dreams. Showing an example of the steps one can take on how to pursue a dream is an overlooked but essential aspect of achieving what your mind and heart intends, one that I rarely hear others talk about. Thank you Mel Robbins!

This is how I became a great and achieved poet. (Scroll down to read my morning routine) I do everything SLOWLY, and say (quality is more important than quantity). I tell myself I am a great writer but I can always be greater at it, and it is my purpose, there is no plan B (or other dream I should have), all else I do cause I must, writing gives me life, if I don't do it, I am not really living a full life. 1. I remind myself to never rush at anything, including writing, and do not answer any calls until all my morning activity is done, and until you do writing edits and half way through routine, there is no food, for food is earned, food is for fuel for creating new work, not for mastering prewritten work. I don't rush because energy is precious and cortisol levels will spike and burn out will happen. 2. I drink ice cold water 3. I clean up any mess while meditating and listening to a few minutes of a motivation video or a lesson in writing. 4. I have a tea ritual and certain ones for detoxing and brain. 5. I take a brain fog pill. 6. I dim the lights, allowing just a bit of morning light in. It keeps me relaxed. 7. I burn certain essential oils and inscents (during editing and writing new work) 8. I open my app on computer called focus writers (there is nothing but a blank page) 9. I edit and master work that has sat in my files for at least a week and glance over some notes of writing lessons 10. I read two pages of a book, and dissect some literary art and learn from it and make a note whether to use it, to write or improve my own work. 11. I get ten minutes of sunshine and break fast with black coffee, a smoothie with ingridients good for brain. I also have pepperonies and protein or mozerella cheese and protein on the side (good for autophagy) and brain. 12. I write new work while listening to sounds on for stimulating brain activity and boosting genuis level of thinking. 13. I submit new work or check for submission dates of publishers.

So.. should I wake up at 4 o'clock to do all of this stuff? I have to go to the job wich starts at 9 o'clock.. I make 1 hour and something on the road.. so I have to wake up at 7. So.. a quick walk.. that's 10-15 min.. hit the gym? The nearest gym is 30 minutes away from my home.. I think I should spend 1 hour at the gym right? at least 1 hour... So tell me.. Do you think I should wake up at 4 in the morning and start doing all of this? I'm wondering.. when do you work? What time does your job start? Maybe you work at home and begins at what hour you want to... Do you really think that all of us have the time to do all this morning routine that you've posted here? If you want to recommend something.. then recommend something that everybody can do... not just for some people.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. All the morning routines I "should" do are done with men who don't have kids!

I usually try to have 3 things as a priority in my morning, coffee, breakfast, get ready to go out biking. Biking for me is for mental health and physical health. I aim to do it first thing when daylight allows me to because it is important and I don't want excuses to come in my mind. No matter how the rest of my day goes with obstacles or surprises that I wasn't ready for...I'll know that at least I went biking! I also bike in the winter 90% of the time and I live in Montreal, Québec. I bought myself the studded winter tires...no more excuses!

This is awesome advice! *Who else agrees?!* I've been struggling with finding a well balanced morning routine. Sometimes it's an hour, sometimes it's 5 minutes, sometimes negative 30 minutes haha. Again, great advice and ready to lock a solid morning routine down!
