    Hi! Can you explain me which are the main differences between doing this exercise using a spilt stance as you show here or doing it using a non split stance? I use to do a very similar exercise using a barbell instead of a kettle bell , and standing with parallel feet. Thank you!!

    I always thought this movement caused that “blocky waist” look? I’m trying to maintain the vtaper shape, but trying to improve athleticism soooooo ??

    Training your obliques in this way will only enhance the V from my experience, and it will definitely improve athletic performance!👍🏼
