    @@Flexibility.Maestro bro I tried it but I am struggling with my ankle mobility because I was a soccer player and I had some injuries, any advice?

    Yeah it just means you need to spend some time opening up the front of your ankles as a bit of a pre-requisite. I'd recommend using the Tibialis Stretch a few times per week. Aim for 3 sets of 30-45 second duration per set, and do that 3x per week - that should help a lot. Here's a link to a tutorial on how to do the stretch: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lYCHo6t9iMaalsY.html

    3 sets of 5-8 reps is a good place to start!
