Understanding The Bodyweight Deep Squat

A lot of people already have the mobility they need to do a deep bodyweight squat, they just don't understand the position itself.
In this video I break down all the attributes of the position that you should consider when spending time in a bodyweight deep squat.
I recommend spending up to 5 minutes per day holding a bodyweight deep squat position. This will help to improve your mobility, make the position more accessible, and keep your hips moving well!

    Hi Flexibility Maestro , I'm thinking about buying your General Mobility Program when it will be out. Do you think it will be the appropriate program for making massive progress for both splits , the bridge , pancake ect ? ( i know these take time to master ) Or I should go for another program ?
