Their growing realization that most of their cameos are dead is one of the funniest parts of this series.
Doing this style podcast with Simpsons and SNL scripts that Conan was a part of would be great.

I'm genuinely sad this has ended. I wish there was more of them just chatting. I couldn't get enough of those last bits. Great vibe -- this whole experience! 👏😁

They should write a sequel that will also never get made, just so they can do another table read 😀

I love how Smigel is just having the best time here
I love how at 4:20 Conan looks proudly at Matt like a mentor happy to see his disciple 😀
Hearing Robert saying "JINGLE ALL THE WAY!!" just fills me with joy.
Team Coco should definitely make this into a low-budget movie 😂

I'm sure there are some youtubers who will make a cartoon out of it
You should allow people to animate this! I'll bet the community could animate an entire movie and use the table read for the dialogue!

Yes! Conan did Fan-animation episodes of his show in the past!
I like how the Earth has 'gotta go'. Like it has somewhere to be other than under their feet. 😆
Making Jack LaLanne was a great plot twist. He seemed so kind.
The number of now-deceased celebrities named in the first five minutes, had to be the most depressing reminder that they wrote this script over thirty years ago
When LaLanne came out I just about died LOL

Calling Lalanne a "vile little rodent" is so much funnier than it has any reason to be.
I can't believe I've gotten a chance to see these comedy legends just sit in a room, do a readthrough, chat and laugh. I'm so happy! ❤
I would like to see more Robert smigel on this show. We have not heard him give a lot of interviews but I would love for conan to interview him.
I can’t believe they didn’t make this movie, yet I still lost 2 hours of my life to it😢 Great job team!
I don’t know why they wouldn’t do this animated. It will probably be just as easy/hard to do as it would be to get all the money and logistics together for live action
3:28 love Sona's laugh!
please release an animated and/or live-action and/or roto-scoped version of this masterpiece!
I'm 41. But when I was a teenager I was into old serial radio shows. Abbott and Costello, War of the Worlds etc.... it was awesome. And this reminds me of this era.
Ok. Please. For the love of God. SOMEBODY MAKE THIS F#%KING MOVIE! 👏 WORD 👏 FOR 👏 WORD 👏 and with the outdated/deceased celebrity references 😂
Thank you all for doing this. It was great seeing you interact and reminisce.
Thank you all for this series of table reads!!! I would pay to see anything Hans and Franz these days!!
When I was 12 my friend and I went as Hans & Franz for Halloween.
More gold from Conan, this series.
Thanks to everybody involved, this was a ton of fun. I am that kid that would go around quoting Hans & Franz. Grew up on SNL. Legit I would pay to see this movie made
This was awesome! I'd love to see more failed movie and TV scripts read out like this!

Phenomenal idea
This was like watching a train wreck while laughing like a goof. Great job people.😂
Thank you guys for doing this!!! Loved it! Also loved hearing some of the stories from memory lane. You all have given me so many wonderful laughs over the years. Really truly appreciate all of you!
This is my favorite thing on the internet right now sorry to see it end! I love to these fine men enjoying each other's company.
I keep hearing Triumph when he does Arnold😆
"Isszn't tha fiemael caanein trm 'bittsch' a Devtsche vard? Itt schr resszemmblsz 1."
This series was such an entire, complete joy to watch and listen to.
I loved this whole miniseries!
As I listened to this, I fell asleep. In a dream I was dancing with Gavin MacLeod. He was short in the dream, and he kept looking up at my chest and pawing at me. I kept pushing him away. Oh, Mr. Grant!!! 😢
Wish there were more episodes! This is comedy gold!
This was amazing. Honestly I can listen all day to these guys reminisce about the SNL days or projects they did together.
This was a great series. Thank you. Love you all.
Smigel is actually a damn good singer! I loved the musical bit.
I would love to hear some of these other script's you guy's were talking about !!!!
Keep this series going! I would love to hear table reads of the other scripts that never got made and the stories behind them. This was so much fun!
Seeing the writing process or at least hearing about it at a table read is so cool! Thanks for sharing this y'all!
This has to be an animated movie or even short film.
Legends through and through, thank you, Conan, Robert, Dana, and Kevin for your tireless work to bring joy and mirth into the world
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to all 4 episodes. The script reading, the reminiscing, and the off the rails tangents
Thank you for this; such a treat. ❤
since you clearly filmed these all in the same day, that must have been a long day!
It Pumped me up !!!! Thank you
Make it longer! I want more of these 🥰🥰🥰
Great movie, great table read. We missed out on a true gem 😢
😂. You guys are the best. Such amazing nostalgia for happy times watching SNL Hans and Fran’s as a kid. Thanks for the laughs.
PLEASE set internet animators loose upon these Hans & Franz readings. Make it a contest.
Thank you for this! 😂😂
the guy who did the earth was ON FIRE
"cmon, everybody bow" sent me!
There is talk of Gerbils!
Thanks for a needless trip down memory lane.
The movie started out silly and got unbelievably unreal... That was the whole point, I guess. But in what world would they have gotten the studio let alone 77 year old Jack LaLanne himself to go along with that finale. And then the Earth forms a mouth and thanks Arnold? Sheer lunacy.
i really love the part of this video where they take a few minutes to all take turns doing impressions of Bernie Brillstein lmaooo
I'd be happy enough just bringing back conans show and the clutch cargo style interview segments. The tom cruise and george bush ones still cracks me up
Sona’s background laughter ❤
It’s the most hilarious thing I’ve ever heard. It has brilliant writers and talent with a million credits between them. If this can’t get made, what hope is there for my romance novel.
I loved this so much, thanks Guys and Gals. Oh and the Earth.
Okay that got a little bit off the rails at the end lol, imagine the special effects in 1991😅
This should be a LIVE ACTION FILM with their present-day heads/faces superimposed on body-doubles. I def will pay to see this!!!!!
Oh im a big idiot for starting on this episode Im going to check out them all now
This was incredible
This should be an animated feature. Really.
Why does this not have millions of views? The great "Hans and Frans" revival - oh yeah, we're old. Loved every minute of this fellas!
Carvey's incantation to become Regis... "I was there when the Deep Magic was created..."
Took me forever to finally get to this final part (my bad) but I instantly loved the idea of a post-credits scene with the earth's mouth appearing in the liquor store floor and being like "yeah...need some wine for Arnie...only want to spend about 40 bucks, got any ideas?" and the liquor store person either needed to be weirded out or just unimpressed. more flat humor possibilities.
I didn't have to Google a single dead person mentioned. Folk, I'm old.
Sona's laugh when Arnold's biceps made him fly was adorable.
THIS WAS THE GREATEST!!!
this would’ve been my favorite movie
I think this could still work, but as an animated series. DON'T GIVE UP ON IT. IT'S AMAZING!!!
This was amazing.
Enjoyed it immensely 😂❤❤❤
The part about the earth and wine with Robert is hilarious
14:00 comedy gives Conan ALL of his energy
I can and do quote Lookwell. What an amazing show that would have been.
I want a whole podcast of table readings now 😂
Thank you
can we massively DM Arnold and suggest he backs this considering his podcast is called pump up club?!!
This was a gift to mankind.
Conan has some serious skills on display here
The ending gave me some strong Kung Pow vibes, this series of episodes of the read were amazing.
I honestly think if they started a kickstarter for this they might actually be able to do it.

kickstarter? ??? they're all richer than everyone posting in this comment section LMAO stop pretending like they couldn't fund this themselves, but you want us youtube commenters to fund it? LOL
What are the lines Dana Carvey says at 10:03 to get himself into his Regis Philbin voice?!
There is no reason this can't at least be an animated short; although a full animated/CGI movie would be better. It would do well; Arnold is still a huge/well known star and people from 30 to 60 would remember Hans and Franz.
We need a Smigel visit on the COBNAF!
Laughed my guts out!! 😂
This is the perfect moment to be made!!!
I was in a restaurant having lunch in Morro Bay, Calif one day. I was on a walker having just had a knee replaced. An older guy sitting in a booth engaged me in a pleasant short conversation. I asked about him and the waiter said it was Jack LaLane. Apparently, he had retired to Morro Bay and fancied himself the town spokesman and promoter. Nice guy. One of those people famous for being famous before it was a thing. Also interestingly he's a small man, like Stallone, he give the impression of being larger than he was in life.

They should give this Conan guy a talk show, I think he has what it takes
LOL I love Smigel so much! I wasn't paying much attention, just listening, then I heard "turning the page, licking my finger" and I lost it.
Please make this movie!! This is so hilarious 😂🎉😅 I haven't laughed so much at an actual movie in ages
Funny and the best!
First I heard this via Podcast and I was like “what the hell if Hans&Franz”. And few hours later at had I had to re-listen this via KZread as well 😂
Hearing Conan say "Peace out, Tupac" made my day
His stepdaughter died young in a car accident, but I think that the rest of Jack LaLanne‘s children are still alive! Even he lived for 20 years after this script was written.
