This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. They may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you. The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with the judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. I am surprised they released the whole video. Last year a white neighbor came to my door called me a n..ger, and threatened to harm me. I called the police who she told the same thing. When I requested the bodycam video to take the matter further, the portion with the threats and racial epitaphs were removed! I still can't get anybody to address it. 😢😢

The police are no longer their for our safety they are enforcers with a license to murder because our system of government and justice is completely corrupted by those who would be labeled "the touchable".

THANK YOU! If I can't see you at my peephole and I am not expecting anyone, I am not opening the door until I KNOW what is going on and who is outside. And I am not going to my door with a firearm unless I need to defend my life or my family's life. He should have kept the door closed and locked and either quietly observed the peephole OR called out and said "who is it?" while in cover to get an ID call. NEVER EVER OPEN YOUR DOOR unless you know who it is and you are expecting company. And NEVER go to the door with 🎉a gun in hand if it's the cops knocking!!!!

I don't answer doors. Had a negative experience with cops several years ago.. They lied about the reason they were called to my house. No probable cause no reasoanble suspicion no exergent circumstances. I got cussed out by the racist cop because I told him to get warrant. Oh yes, he called me all types of black bitches that day. I told him that i wanted to know the name of his insurance carrier. He threatend me and my husband that if he lost his job due to me putting a claim against his insurance he would be coming after me and my husband. I told him that's was fine, we'll be waiting on him.

You face Federal prison time if you break any of the federal laws of the U.S and any crimes in the District of Columbia which the Federal Govt has oversight of... No federal crime was committed here, even if the airman was on duty.. If the cop gets charged which he probably will, it will be under state law in Florida.

I wish this comment would reach Attorney B. Crump. For me, it was too long before it was mentioned that the Sheriff first knocked on the door and then stepped away from Roger's view. Roger opened the door and didn't see anyone...then closed the door. The Sheriff then knocks again and announced that he was from the Sheriff's office. It was then that Roger returns to the door and opens it. Worthy of note is that the Sheriff calmly asked him to "step back"...as soon as Roger Stepped back he was fired upon...he had no idea is life was in danger or that he was doing anything that alerted the Sheriff. After the shots were fired...THEN the Sheriff started yelling "Drop the gun..." It is telling that the Sheriff CALMLY told Roger to step back...The Sheriff was not threatened (he cannot claim to have been afraid for his life), this was an intentional killing...

Some idiot police officer got startled by an acorn and fired his gun at an unarmed man he’d arrested, (they were responding to a 9/11 call,) and how could an acorn result in him discharging his weapon? That’s because the idiot believed he’d been shot, he mistook the sound of the acorn falling onto his car for a gunshot.

Despite the officer's order for him to step back and the clear observation that he posed no threat, the officer proceeded to fire six bullets into his body. This act is nothing short of outright cruelty and barbarism. The officer owes us a clear explanation for his actions. They had direct eye contact before the shooting began, with no hidden motives. There must be a reason behind this execution. It's not a mere mistake or oversight. It suggests either the officer is part of a corrupt department, experiencing a mental breakdown, or was influenced by external forces.

The wrong apartment case is because there was no woman in his apartment, that apartment was was somewhere else in the complex ,,,even the eye witness said she wasn't sure

No such videos of that nature exist in regards to black assailants to my knowledge. Black victims are more likely to be unarmed when shot according to statistics.

The kid acknowledged he knew it was the police and he still opened the door and brandished a gun to a cop which by the way is illegal in pretty much every single state and in Florida it’s a first degree misdemeanor that carries a fine and jail time. The problem is blacks in America think this only happens to blacks because that’s all the media shows them and thinking that way is ridiculous. Did you not see the video a couple of days ago of police arresting an innocent white woman and putting her face into a pile of fire ants while she got bit over 300 times? This crap doesn’t just happen to blacks in fact it happens more to whites than anyone else it’s just the media never shows it cause it doesn’t fit their narrative.

the police were called after violent threats were overheard, and the caller stated this was a common occurrence from this apartment, but the threats had become even more severe

The exact same thing happened in Dallas a few years back. A female cop went to the wrong apartment (I believe she claims she thought it was hers by mistake) and killed the black guy who lived there. I think she only got 10 years.

"People of color" are able to attack and beat cops in broad daylight, they can commit mass shootings and acts of terror and be taken in alive. Non-black people of color have a much greater chance of engaging police and living to talk about it, but not so with black folks.
