4 Police Officers Killed While Trying to Serve a Warrant
Four officers were killed while attempting to serve a warrant at a house in Charlotte, North Carolina. Four other police officers were wounded. Panicked neighbors posted live videos on social media as the frantic shooting unfolded. Authorities identified the shooter as Terry Clark Hughes Jr, who was wanted for possession of a firearm. He was shot dead by police. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.

The problem is not that specific judge. Remember, 27 times. If there is one judge that released the same guy a lot of times maybe, but still, the fact that the law allows for that is the problem, not the single judges. A judge have to follow the law, its as simple as that. Change the law, and you change the judgements.

This is interesting, because I've had pro-2A people refuse to engage my argument on this. 2A says the right to a firearm shall not be infringed. So isn't it that criminal's right to also own a firearm? If one believes your 2A right can be taken away by a govt/law group due to a crime, then the 2A is not immutable and therefore not constitutionally guarantee. In other words, its saying that your right to own a firearm shall not be infringed upon unless the govt says it can.

The irony here is that they were actually there serving an unconstitutional unlawful warrant. Read the constitution. It says the right to keep and bare arms Shall Not Be Infringed!!!! How dare they surround this mans home , military style ambush tactics to violate his right to be armed.. Then cry about the consequences of their own unlawful actions.. The single purpose of the second amendment rights is for citizens to be able to lawfully defend themselves from tyranny.. Thus the saying : live free or die fighting for freedom. If only all police officers were required to have a masters degree in constitutional law and civil rights laws in order to be eligible for employment.. Life in general would be simple and pleasant for everyone . instead they brainwashed and indoctrinated these innocent officer's and using tax money as an incentive for them to do unlawful thing to the American people with the promise of immunity from prosecution for their crimes. So sad.. Everything is ass backwards here in America.

Sorry, but I’ve seen so many videos with lots of innocent people getting killed by the police for no reason or, as they say, by mistake, thinking they were dangerous and armed etc etc. For that reason, I see this new and I know what happened. However, even I know 4 officers died, I can’t help it, but felt NOTHING at all, because all those innocents who died killed by the police, can’t just get forgotten! Those officers were not better than all the innocents who got murdered!!
