Made my own TRX by getting all the components from a rock climbing supplies company called rock and run. Made twelve of them for sixty quid for my classes, used plumbing pipe and hockey tape for the handles and they are well comfy!

So cool to find this! The PN page shows videos for the strength training, but not the TRX workouts. If anyone knows where to find the other workouts, please post here...they used to be online somewhere, but seem to have disappeared.

The TRX is defintily the best workout out there. It's like a mix between weight training and stretching/yoga. Sean

Best product hands down. I HATE working out. Using the TRX I now LOVE working out. Its fun. The first day I used it I was sore within an hour. A week later I was so much stronger and felt a BIG difference. If your debating on getting a TRX, dont! Everyone should have the TRX.

IF you like this. You should definitely take a try with RedChod. Two anchor points make a big difference for the instability . Both awesome in training for pretty much anything. Get some Kettlebells and a RedCrod, your covered.

@daisyhunter123 not exactly I have a pair of suspension straps I bought on clearance for $15 it is no where near the price but is also not as good no foot cradles harder to change the length etc no workout book or DVD one tip for people buying or making their own straps put length marks on it like a tape measure it makes keeping them even faster and easier

@TruthAxe Infamous as in... its known to be a tough workout. The best workouts trending now are ones that claim to kick your butt....see P90X, Insanity, TRX...So infamous works just fine.

@Jigbog I dont? I am a certifed yoga teacher with 1200 hours of training. I am a certified personal trainer as well. I have spent the last 5 years working with the Yoga swing. As well as studying the mechanics, contraindications and consequences of poor alignment , So tell me, What did I have wrong? \ As I saw this video, I saw a guy yelling at students to motivate them but saying little to instruct them for proper alignment. So Jig butt or whatever your name is. What did I get wrong?

@TruthAxe Take it easy man. No need to be rude. I'm pretty sure many of the words used back in the 14th century have a different meaning today. But this isn't the case. "Of ill fame" "exceedingly bad rep."...thats exactly what the video attempts to boast. I am making the argument that the workout "kicks your ass" so it is indeed infamous. Although you could call it famous, infamous works just as fine..if not even better. Have a nice life.

@gjeacocke Got it. Exercise instruction is alot more than bringing in accomplished athletes to demonstrate the simplest of exercises... Frasier needs actual fitness students to demonstrate with. Stop the clock watching crap and use the HR monitor to establish the rest, not the clock. Geesh. $ 90.00 please?
