Thank you for your amazing videos Dr. Rowe. They have been very helpful. Have you considered creating a Spanish version of your channel? I always send your videos to people I know, but they mostly speak Spanish. Your videos are really helpful to us, and I know they will spread if they have a version in our language. There are back pain and muscle care channels in Spanish, but not like this one. Best regards from Colombia, South America.

When I saw this one come up, I knew I'd be needing it soon, so just left it in my Inbox. I've suffered from chronic migraines for many years - they last weeks and even months, my longest lasting an amazing 6 months! I also suffer from a couple of other varieties of migraines, including cluster headaches which aren't strictly migraines. I had them pretty well under control with a keto/ketovore diet (almost fully carnivore) then backed off my diet. I've been struggling for a few weeks to get back on and STAY back on. You'd think the prospect of years of being pretty much pain-free would certainly outweigh too many carbs and from the wrong sources, but even after 15 years... Anyway, my fears were justified and on Sunday I could feel the "iffy, might be a migraine brewing" feeling in my head. Early Monday morning, it hit. Medium strength - severe pain and impaired vision, but no vomiting, etc. Tuesday was moving into full force with blinding pain and nausea, threatening to tip into vomiting, and loss of balance. Then I remembered, through the pain fog, that I had your video!! I dragged myself off my bed and grabbed my phone. While I have a series of exercises and movements I usually do, they are just things I've tried over the years on my own with mixed success. I went through your entire repertoire (surprised that many were what I'd worked out, but I'd missed an important twist) slowly and deliberately to give each move its best chance to work. By the time I finished, the migraine had loosened its grip quite a lot and I felt much better. I did my icing afterward and things improved even more. As the day progressed and I did a second round of your exercises and icing, it was all down to a dull roar. Woke up this AM with that same low level, took my meds, did the exercises and icing again, and voilà! No more real pain, just that foggy, hungover feeling of the whole mess lurking in the background, ready to strike again. So far, doing a few of the exercises se to be holding it at bay. The armpit sniffer is particularly good at alleviating the residual feeling. Thank you for all you do. You are loved and appreciated by all of us here and, I'm sure, by the lucky patients you see in person. 🩷

I've had pain for years in both of the sternocleidomastoid muscles and both of the occipitalis as well. I've got a lot of pain in the levator scapulae as well. The entire mastoid process is in consistent discomfort too.Turning my head to the left or right with my fingers joined together being held at the base of the skull and pressing in with the thumb helps. However; due to major trauma to the head and neck years ago didn't help. Applying heat helps and then following your instructions really helps!

Good thanks a lot. The neck is such a tense and fragile part of the body! You didn't give any advice to relieve the place where my headaches always are, that is to say on a spot between the two eyes, a little bit higher than the eyes. I have experienced lots of pain in my neck and shoulders for many years in the past doing these type of exercises and or going to the chiropractor seem to help but the past month these just bring temporary relief. What should I do? I’m desperate. The pain starts in neck and goes all the way to my wrist and thumbs.

Thank you so much for these wonderful exercises, Doctor. I have seen almost all your headaches videos.Really it is helping me to reduce the migraine headaches. From India.
Thank you dr rowe! My right levator scapula on my right side has been bothering me for months now! Pain all the way up to my right eye and right side nose! It's like you knew I was suffering! 😭 I can feel the tension finally going! I'll keep practicing this! Thank you so much again!
Thank you!
Perfect timing. This morning I woke up with a tension headache. Mine come more from my scapula and trapezius muscles. I did the “armpit sniffer” which offered some relief. I have a tens unit I use also. I am saving this video for future reference. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I have constant pain on the left side of my head and this helped. It isnt completely gone but wow, this attenuated it. Id give you a hug of thanks if you were here
These muscles are always painful during my migraine headaches. I try everything for migraines botox, stomach injections, pills, but still have headaches 15 days or more sometimes a month. It’s like my head is inflamed. Any tips for inflammation relief? Thank you for these amazing videos
I think these are great suggestions in other applications as well, long distance driving and prolonged sessions sitting at computer. Thank you, I think these are great stretches!
Tolles Video...hat mir sehr geholfen
Thank you! The one with hand behind pack and chin down really helps!
I am very grateful for your video channel. I have been doing all the stretches and have had so much relief from my neck pain and migraine that I have had for the last week . I get migraines regularly and now I have stretches to do before they become too painful. I have had physio regularly however have not been given most of these stretches to do at home. Sincerely from Australia.
You're amazing, this is so helpful and easy to follow. I get tension headaches at least once a week and hey often turn into a migraine. I didn't feel as relaxed and flexible as I do after following the exercises for a very long time. Thank you
I cannot tell you how much your stretches have helped my neck issues! Countless PT visits ($) have done little for me, but your stretches have!!! I was having debilitating migraines for years. Thank you so much! I wonder if you have any exercises to help strengthen bone in the hip....I have slight osteoporosis :(
Amazing, it works
I got a bad one last Monday! Glad I found this!
Thank you for much needed info! Have a great day! Love from Washington State 💞

I do 2x daily pt for my c spine already, but the tightness persists, so migraines still find a way. I was just thinking how I might need to add to my routine, and WOW did these help. Thank you.

Excellent!! 🌟

You are a hero. The hip walk exercise that you suggested for QL pain worked like magic with the lower back/butt pain I was having. And I am pretty sure the ones you suggested in this video are going to help with the neck stiffness I am having for the past one month. Thank you.

Fantastic exercises. Thank you for the relief & on just the first try. I knew these areas were a huge reason for my migraines, and massage didn't totally relax the muscles. These exercises took so much of the tension away. Will definitely continue using them; so great to have another tool (instead of meds) for those terrible migraine days. Thank you!

@@DrRowe thank you and how many times a day or a week do you reccomend to do these stretches?
I don't know if this can be achieved through certain exercises? Thanks again!

Amazing videos . watching your videos from last 2 weeks and became kind of your fan. by any chance we can collab for your video editing.
Should I do these exercises if I suffer from severe cervicogenic headache? I always suffer from tremendous nerve pain from the trapezius to the skull leading to full blown migraine. Thank you in advance
Doctor will you please answer me ..do these exercises suit the people with neck and back injuries?? Waiting for your answer🙏🙏🙌
Hey doc thanks for this video, just had some instant relief. It actually helped. Side question, could this also help general blood flow to the head and scalp in general improving hair health? I also felt a tingling around my crown area

Hi do you have an exercise that can help with hyperacusis?
Hi Dr Rowe, I have a question. These exercises seem to bring me relief, but temporary. I have experienced lots of pain in my neck and shoulders for many years in the past doing these type of exercises and or going to the chiropractor seem to help but the past month these just bring temporary relief. What should I do? I’m desperate. The pain starts in neck and goes all the way to my wrist and thumbs.
What do you recommend for someone with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
I have followed your instructions for head and neck exercises and they help a lot and stop the pain! YAY! What is your address so I can write to you Dr. Rowe?

Hi.... How can prevent neck loise muscle... My face skin loosed and ith downed... How can cheek uplift... Look tired and dull... Aged.....
Is it normal to feel nauseous and have vertigo episodes while doing these stretches for the first time ?
I have often feel some kind of electric vibration in my head from side to side and back of my head. Is this a serious problem?
If I press on one side of my head a pain shoots down, had a low grade headache for days now.
