In a similar scenario put a rubber mat under a rear wheel but drive away slowly 👍

@@oneupthesleevecustomsautom2195 dont know shes been stood in a barn for years i brought her from a local farmer to restore i had one years ago as a site tipper on road construction same year as this one 1973

We had a few mastiff tippers back in the day, all ours had the 510 v8 perkins (165hp) I never seen a mastiff with the 540 v8 perkins 175 hp engine

@@oneupthesleevecustomsautom2195These Leyland were common in Jamaica back in the day .There's still quite a few of them still in operation well modified & giving American Rigs a run for their money Back in the day, my uncle used to modify these truck .He would swap the tandem diff from Reivers & put a Fargo dual ratio diff under them .The truck would be lighter & have more speed & pull better over hills . The two best sounding Leyland's ever made are the non turbo Albion & the turbo charged Recovers ,hands down .

You get that on the big jobs. 😂

Do you still have the Leyland ? I am sort of got my eye on a Mastiff. Waiting for a farmer to retire. It would give me the trifector, a P76, 2 Leyland tractors, and then a truck.

Sadly I had to sell it as I couldn't pay the 2000 a year rego and 1000 a year Insurance when I got.my newer truck

A hubodometer would look good on that wheel hub.
