Do you wash you engine with a hose ! Or do you park over wet grass or puddles ? I had a ba wagon if i parked over wet grass for 2 long the engine would not start i would have to open the bonnet to let it air out one time i had to get a hair dyer and heat up the rocker cover! Is the spark coil cover sealing?

A timing belt is not suitable for me due to the fact that the supercharger will be mounted on the body, and not on the engine))) - there will be vibrations of the belt, and with a timing belt, greater installation accuracy is needed, so I am now choosing between a V-belt and a poly-V belt. I plan to simply bleed some of the air into the atmosphere, since my engine physically cannot consume all the air from 4-71 superchargers. I just want to get as much boost as possible from the lowest rpm and bleed off anything over 1 bar of pressure. A system in which the supercharger is installed BEFORE the carburetor will allow this to be done. Do you think an 8-groove poly V-belt can handle the load? Pulley diameter 110mm, gear ratio 1:1

Here we have practically no cult of supercharging in 8-cylinder engines, and according to traffic rules nothing can stick out of the hood. You can't travel around here without problems. Therefore, 4-cylinder engines are most often supercharged using a turbine. And almost no one blows into the carburetor here, I am a very rare connoisseur in this regard))) Therefore, you can laugh at my 1.7 liter engine and the fact that I want to blow into it with a supercharger that is huge for it) But, I repeat, this is an experiment and I I want to get a lot of torque at low speeds; I’m not interested in maximum speed. And the maximum torque at low revs can ONLY be provided by a huge Roots supercharger)

A bit bogan not cleaning the axle shaft thoroughly first you do not want any previous contaminated grease seeping in and sanding the shaft over the top of your new hub well what can I say you must like changing your front bearing hubs often.

Hey, I have a VW like this but 2006. When driving around 120km/h for more than 30 seconds, an EXHAUST WORKSHOP error pops up and the car loses the turbo. As if the turbo is disconnected. The problem disappears on restart. I have replaced the turbo with a new one, but the problem has not disappeared. Any idea what it could be ?

I enjoying seeing the truck being driven,I used to work for a UK company that ran a lot of Leyland trucks Mastiff, Clydesdale,Terrier, Marathon, beautiful sounding engine's, the noise due to the low height of the cab ment you were sitting along side the engine, you'd have needed a powerful radio and speakers, these tipper's mainly use to carry sand and gravel and the other trucks working general haulage.
