Hello. I am from Czech Republic. My aunt used to make a similar croissant. It was made of 24 layers. So 6 slices of dough with butter, and folded 4 times and rolled out again :-) Beautiful work, a great memory for me.

That's a good bit of work for a novice..but it looks sublime and I love good croissants.. Saving this vid and see if wife will try it. Should do fine as she is a well seasoned chef in our home. She makes some of the best chocolate cream puffs from scratch. Once owned a restaurant some years ago. Thanks for the video.

Hello! I don’t know much about making croissants so I don’t know how the inside should look, compared to other croissants the cross section of the layers look a lot thinner while yours seems to look a little thick. I don’t mean to show any disrespect don’t get me wrong I’ll still eat it! I was wondering if the thickness of the layers are based on your personal preference or the preference of others?
Amazing retsept
I have tried many ways. I have also tried this one. It's very simple to make and the result is very good. 👍
Thanks for this simple receipe

@@ritikaarya8837I‘m not familiar with salted/unsalted butter in Europe. But I believe our butters are always unsalted, so I would use unsalted one.

I tried this recipe today. I always had problems making croissant but to my surprise this recipe worked ! The layers were soft and buttery but to be honest the outside was hard. I had used salted butter that's why it came a bit extra salty. My recommendation is to put 1g of salt if using salted butter
Thanks for this delicious recipe, you can stuff it with some chocolate or cheese before baking ❤
