Went to Aida's and Sharyn's wayback 2019 and my goodness gracious. Top of the notch Filipino dishes that we can be proud of. Pls bring me back to Bacolod 🥺🥺

Been in Bacolod for a year, ang sarap ng inasal nila don. Ang laki na pala ng pinagbago ng Bacolod, very progressive and ang dami ng bagong kainan.

My dad and I ate there since 1984. I miss it so much. I also remember your Grandpa, he was a billiard enthusiast through and through. He’d always acknowledge me when at Noel’s Billiard Hall as I would him. always smiling, always relaxed. I was only 14, then, skipping classes to play then eat cansi across the street, haha!

My family and I are planning to visit Bacolod, that's where my daughter in law's family is from. I will use this as my food guide when we do our food crawl. Thanks for posting this.

My fave restaurant by the sea is Balaring in Silay. My cousin Charmaine Campos brought me last time I went home and my goodness it was amazing. I tried Sharyns but I like Sanings cansi and Manukan country. I go home to visit my mother in Negros every 2 years. I make sure I really miss Ylonggo food before I come home. Abri pa and actually it is where you can taste the best inasal , grilled bangus , pork belly , liver , grilled tanguige even the batikolon under a very simple setting.
