Chef Rv is a blessing in disguise for me. Sya ang dahilan bakit ko naitawid ang buhay unemployed ko after ko magresign. Tinry ko ung passion ko which is ang pagluluto and pagbebake. Dahil sa mamon,crinkles and cookies recipe nya, natulungan ko sarili ko hanggang sa nabuntis ako and need ko magstop. Kaya thank you Chef!

This is so true!!! Been following him since the pandemic happened. bc of the leche flan recipe I just love the way he talks.

I was struggling to cook dishes when I went here in the US. But chef Rv helped me a lot, totoo yung sinasabi nya na parang it’s okay to make mistakes, kaya habang pinapanuod ko sya nagluluto parang okay lang if magkamali kasi it’s true we have our own struggles. Kaya mas madaling panuorin sya kasi alam mo na it’s normal if di naging masarap. You will learn from it. Kaya kudos chef for bringing light in the kitchen. 😊

I like Toni's hosting ngayon, di na siya masyadong nag-iinterrupt sa guest. Mas napakikinggan ng mabuti ang story ng guest. Perfect!

One of the many things I like about Chef RV is his humility. This is before I learned that he went to a lot of International schools to pursue his passion for baking, cooking. Through his many struggles, bumps on the roads, negative critiques made him achieved perfection in the art of cooking. Wishing you a lifetime of success !

Everytime I see travel food vlogs of chef rv with erin, sabi ko talaga sa sarili ko gusto kong maging kaybigan si chef ir magkaroon ng friend na kaparehas ni chef rv. Sobrang genuine niyang tao. Masaya kasama.. Super humble and nice lang.

He and his family, actually their clan, the Manabats, are really nice and kind people.

I love Chef RV. I enjoy his personality that we see on his videos.

He is full of passion, speaking from experience with wisdom at his young age. Wala siyang dull sentence, lahat gusto ko talagang i-absorb yung mga narinig ko.

I met chef RV when I was on my holiday in the Philippines in his restaurant years ago in San Antonio Binan Laguna. He opened the door for me and my friend , who introduced me to the new coffee shop, he took our order and he also served us the food and when we were going to pay the bill he was also the cashier on the till and I asked him politely " I guess you are the owner of the shop too?" and on my surprised he nod his head and said "Yes I am po". I just admire him even more coz he was so young and so cute to be a restaurant owner. Very inspiring. love your cakes but not sure of the Bibingka yet I ordered the classic one it was so creamy inside, I've tried it just 4-5 weeks ago, I was looking for you Chef, but your staff said you don't stay there much in the shop anymore coz you are now so busy with your vlogging. Letting go and acceptance and self respect ang take away ko in this interview.

so ano pala dapat itawag sa mga graduate ng "local" na culinary schools? Napaka elitista naman ng "compliment" mo. Maraming chef sa buong mundo na hindi naman nakapag-aral sa culinary schools. Yung iba nga self-taught pa pero nagtayo ng sariling restaurant at naging successful. So di parin pala sila dapat tawaging chef?

Wala namang problema kung sa isang local culinary school nakakuha ng certificate ang isang estudyante to become a chef or patissier o chocolatier. Sa aten kasi, over used ang tawang ng "chef" kaait sa mga nagluluto o nag bi bake na wala namang proper training at certificate tinatawag ng chef.

no wonder….they’re well off….you can already notice it in his vlog….the utensils and all…one of his kaldero and kawali were made in france…but then we thank the chef for sharing his talent & knowledge. More power!

He's my superhero chef Rv... during pandemic you have saved me from boredom, and imagine here in Brazil that time was so scary to go out more than how many thousand died in 24hrs i had 2 little kids to feed and they are vegetarian that time, so I tried your recipes most of the time. I remember i have to changed my pandesal recipe because my sons doesn't like it. When i tried your own oohhh they keep on asking more... so I even stuffed it like spanish bread, I tried also your recipe of cinnamon and so on. I can't live a day without watching your vlog. Thank you and I owe to you a lot. Pandemic was a step for me to achieved things and I'm learning a a lot from your vlogs and I also enjoyed the whole quarantine days.
