What a great era we live in, where some guy in his room can give world class commentary and instant max engine level recap to virtually every game in existence, be it a Fischer or a candidates game that ended right now. And do so brilliantly and consistently. Kudos to agad, the KZread chess curator.

find it strange that Fabi, after drawing with Magnus in 18' then getting destroyed in Rapid, has not been able to think a bit quicker in Classical so that when he reaches a critical position he would have a bit more time to find a excellent move to at least put more pressure on or win some material That move K-g2 smacks of trying to not lose something in a complicated position instead of looking deeper. Hikaru "Literally dont care".. Going into the risky line in the very first that too against Fabi..Putting him under time pressure and defending like nothing is happening with his own clock well under control..

Just to correct myself in a sense that this e5 with d6 backward pawn actually watched on Chess Wisdom channel.

@6:25 why is it better for the bishop to take the black pawn of f7?? I realize that you'll have a back rank issue if you take the queen with the white rook on d1. But just move one of the pawns forward, no? and your king will be safe! still with a queen + bishop against a two rooks + bishop. Probably still losing, but its a lot fairer.
