The Best In-Field Drill for Coordination

All you need is a wall and a ball for this in-field drill! ⚾🧢
Throw the ball against the wall. When it comes to you, you are going to slap it back to the place it came from. Here are the variations:
1) Left hand only.
2) Right hand only.
3) Alternating right & left hand.
4) Using your glove hand, rotate between forehand and backhand.
5) Slap it, 360 spin to the left,
6) Slap it, 360 spin to the right.
7) Get low and slap it between the legs.
To improve in-fielding, catching, and coordination, we want the hand/glove to get on the path and plane of the incoming bounce and then work back through the ball on that same path and plane. If a player's hand/glove is not on plane they will not be able to repeatedly slap it off the wall.

I make these drills look easy. Give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments below. Get creative and tell me some variations you think would be cool to try. All these skills are easy enough any age can learn them through practice but difficult enough most adults can't perform them.
