Good stuff
I love it😀😀😀
Good overall video. Like how you are teaching players some good habits to develop. A couple of things I noticed, however, you probably need to consider.... In your fielding, you do not always do this, but you tend to flip your glove down on a ground ball. For younger players especially, this is a huge problem. When breaking down to field a ground ball, the glove should not come up and hands together in glove as the right foot is coming down and then flip the glove down on the ground for hopefully "perfect" timing. The glove should always be "landing" as the right foot is coming down. Second, you keep your hands in your glove when you are doing a transition to a throw. A second huge problem with young players is their feet typically get set way before they are ready to throw the ball, which creates timing issues of getting the ball out of the glove late. Once you field a ground ball, you should get it out of the glove. I teach my players that the glove is only made to transition the ball, not to really catch it. You do this several times in your drills, and especially in your "clap" drill, you land with both feet at the same time (incorrect) but mostly you are keeping both hands together in your glove, which is a huge bad habit you are creating with young players of keeping the ball and hand in glove when transitioning into a throwing position. I don't mean to break down too much on you, because you are doing an excellent job on these videos, but though it may be worth commenting.
Great Video! Can you do one on throwing accuracy?
