its been an experience so far for sure. LOL The kids have mostly all played before, and I played softball, but not baseball.. and there are subtle differences... I'm having fun though!

Your drill make a lot of sense I coach 10 U boys and cant wait to give these a try.

I do some initial football routes for fly balls and then switch to gloves.

This will help me when hard grounders come to either block the ball and stay in front of the ball

how about if it goes into the glove between the legs they get 2pts . if it's off to either side 1 pt.

any other stuff using the ladder?

This is glorious, I have been researching "ladder drills baseball" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Penonnor Baseball Babaco - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.

Will this help you if you are a first baseman
