How To Work Through A Ground Ball + 4 Drills

2 focus points:
1) Feet stay in constant motion
2) Timing. Left foot hits when the ball hits the glove (for righty)
4 drills:
1) Zig zag shuffle through cones
2) 3 quick ground balls moving forward
3) Ladder drill over exaggerating choppy steps
4) Right leg lead shuffle forward to field

I love how you build up with the drills so girls can learn it right. I can see this being a great drill for MIFs. Would you do this for a 3B too? How about a righty 1B? Or a lefty 1B the opposite direction?
