My daughter loves this drills. Only thing I would add is the prep steps when the batter is in the box.

In a "you couch or they don't get to play situation" and these videos are so helpful!!!

megRem i started 12u girls asst coaching, your drills are amazing thank you.

This is better than most of the baseball videos. It benefits my softball daughter and baseball son.

One tweak to the first drill - alternate your feet so that your right foot is always on the bag as a right handed 1B.

@3:21 you mention always stepping out with the glove foot (as I've always understood), so why do you keep the left foot in the ladder when going backhand in the first drill @0:46 ?
