The BEST Birria de Res recipe | Birria Quesa tacos and consommé | Views on the road Famous Birria

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hello & welcome to the Views Kitchen! The best FAMOUS Birria de Res Consomme and Tacos!
My inbox has been filled with the request for a step-by-step recipe for the famous Birria, Consomme (broth), and Tacos. If this is your first time having this dish you are in for a treat. Birria is a flavorful stew. Traditionally Birria is made with goat or mutton. My family prefers beef and chicken unless we are in Mexico eating authentic Birria. My recipe is mild in spice and full of flavor. I hope you enjoy my take on this popular and delicious dish. Lots of love, Stephanie and Cloud

Tijuana has amazing birria I get what he was saying lol If you have some leftover, you can freeze it. make sure to take the onions and the carrots our before freezing because when you defrost it, it won't be so sweet. I always try to have some leftover for those days when the family craves it and I have a birria taco ready for dinner with no wait time. Thanks for sharing amiga I'm proud of you.

Hubby had never tried birria nor had I but I wanted to cook him something he didn't know how to make 🤣 this recipe has made me famous with all my friends. I make a huge amount of this a couple times a year and everyone comes over and we eat until we can't eat anymore. My husband raved about the entire meal as well . I also learned soooooo much watching the video. I’ve had a bit of insomnia lately and I’ve recently discovered this channel . This bout of insomnia has turned into a nice little blessing ! Next recipe I’m tackling from this site are the enchiladas. I’m now IN LOVE with the flavor of the guajillo peppers. I made this for our holiday meal today and my GOD I've never had such delicious tacos! 2 tacos and 1 bowl of consomme and I feel like I won't need to eat for days. It was so rich and tender. The only changes I made was to brown the meat first, then deglaze with garlic and onion before adding water and stock. Put the meat back in and followed the rest of the directions. I made the chili oil a couple days in advance, it might be a new staple in our home!

Nancy Pinzon I liked it. It was just a little greasier than I expected. Well, a lot more. The taste is great. I had never tried this dish before. I made the tacos too. I’d have to separate them because it was really greasy for me to have both at once. Very heavy. It’s good though. 😋

Yvonne killa I didn’t find beef bone, but I had everything else. It was very tasty but too greasy for me. I love greasy food but this was a little more than I can handle. I prefer beef, but I wonder how the chicken one would taste. The chili oil is much tastier after the second day and the tacos tasted like a quesadilla with a kick of flavor. The cilantro, onion, and cabbage helps add some fresh flavor to it. I preferred not dipping my taco because I loved it nice and crunchy.

I cooked it for 2.5 hours total (after 1st hour took the chilies out and blended them then put it in for another hour and a half) and it came out so good. And so good as a soup too!

Was raised in El Paso, the elder that taught me said the marrow bone made the richest. We just pull out the bay leaves and meat/bone. Then we would chop all veggys in blender or stick emulsifier. Add back pulled meat and enjoy! Thick, rich, and the aroma that fills the house,,, makes a house a home!!! Thank you for bringing back those good memory’s !

First time viewer here. I love your style, your personalities, and how you keep it authentic to your family. I really loved how you stressed the importance of using the Beef Bones. And, I really loved (unlike most other channels) that you don't see the need to add music in the background. I love hearing the oil sizzle, the scraping of your grill or pot, It's like I'm standing next to you in the kitchen. So, anyone else reading this, make it a habit to ask your Butcher for bones, you'll come to understand the flavors they add. If you see your store has bones, just buy them, freeze them until needed. Thanks Ladies: )

I watched all of your birria recipes and could not decide between this recipe or other ones (from other channels) that used way more ingredients. We were at the store trying to decide and my daughter asked Siri to decide for us and we went with this one. So glad I did! It was very easy, I had all the ingredients and I think the carrots are part of the reason the broth was delicious, and the meat was soft and tasty. Thank you! Made this birria yesterday. It is delicious. I am from Singapore living here in US. We like our food hot and spicy. The Malay and Mexicans have similar food. I like birria oil. I used chili guajillo, california and arbol. I fried all the chilies in the hot oil. Smelt like smoky peppers. Then blended them all with the spices. For birria broth, I used slow cooker. Since I used lamb, I added ginger and added more garlic. Also added more spices. I blended the guajillo chili, onion and garlic, then put the back in the pot. When woke up, kitchen smells of birria. Meat felt off fron the bones.

I made this Birria tonight. I've never used guajilla chiles before now. It certainly imparts a nice flavour and colour, but no heat. I'll remember that for next time. Definitely will make this again. It was an easy recipe to make. Thank you for making Mexican cooking look so easy!

Just made this yesterday for dinner. Keep in mind I’ve never had Birria lol or chili oil. I was so worried I would get everything all wrong and mess up. But I actually made everything perfectly and it was so delicious. My husband first wanted just two tacos then he said can I have 3 more lol. I will be making this more often in my household. Thank you for sharing!

Views on the road The only thing I didn’t have was beef bones & the chili’s you used. I only had chuck roast and California chili. But are the chilies you use spicier than the California’s?

I’d never even heard of Birria before seeing this, but I’m instantly adding this to my playlist. I’m going to make an attempt at this recipe soon, but coming home to a meal like that is about as good as life could get, I’d imagine.

I made this last night. Everyone loved it. I had the left over broth with ramen today with onion, cilantro and lime. I wished I had some radishes. I think I may use the rest of the broth for some enchiladas later this week. Thank you for the recipe. Love your channel ❤

Your timing for posting this video is almost creeping me out...I just discovered and tried these tacos out at a taco truck for the very first time literally just 5 hours ago, and then I immediately vowed to my wife that we would figure out how to make these at home...then this video magically appeared, and the tacos look sooo good! I know they're terrific because I've followed your recipes in the past with zero regrets so far. I definitely plan to make these within the next week or two, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing!

I made your vegan birria recipe and it was pure heaven. I couldn't follow it exactly because I didn't have enough of all the right peppers on hand and had to sub in ancho peppers to make up for the lack.s. I used leftover birria oil on some oven roasted potatoes and let me tell you best decision ever. Thank you so much. I cannot wait to make it again after I get more peppers
