Thank you for your Birria seasoning recipe!! You rock!!
I love my cast iron, use the silicone lids now on most of them, I got a set of all sizes from Amazon. There's some super cute ones too. Only the really large 2 CI I use a lid off my 6 qt skillet I purchased at Walmart by Pioneer Woman last year. Great one pan wonder, part skillet, part dutch oven only non stick pan I use, rest are CI ❤
That link is for a cheap basic all around silicone lid set that can take a lot of punishment lol

Anyone know a good sub for the kinders chili verde? It is hard to find and I'm not paying $14 on amazon LOL
We have a "HMart" in Mesa, Az. It's such a fun place to shop and also eat lunch in their cute cafe.

Dont ever tell me what kind of lettuce to use!
I live in the country side of mountainous Puerto Rico. My neighbors have a huge cactus tree and I have (more than once) cut the cactus leaves and have made nopales. I had a lot of Mexican friends back in Chicago and I've had experience eating it. I love nopales, but people here don't eat that.
IM Making the cilantro lime Rice right now ..... we'll see how it turns out 🎉😋👍🏽
