I've been suffering and living with chemical sensitivity headaches for six or seven years now without being able to determine their root causes, or how to avoid them (other than constantly avoiding artificial odors in my day to day life). They trigger tension in the base of my rear neck, which leads to the headaches that can only be treated with hours laying down, or muscle relaxants (naproxen, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, nor aspirin make a dent in the pain). For reasons unrelated to these headaches I decided to incorporate liposomal glutathione to the three or four anti oxidants I already supplement with on a daily basis. To my surprise I realized about a week later that I had not had any headaches. I specifically realized it on an occasion where I had been exposed to an odor which had always caused me headaches in the past. I cannot wrap my head around the correlation between the glutathione and the dissipation of my headaches. I know that glutathione helps the body deal with free radicals and oxidation released by inflammation, but that doesn't help me figure it out. Can you connect these dots anywhere and see where the correlation may be? I feel that if I can figure out how these two things are related, I may be able to get to a deeper root cause. Thanks!

I have a very large non cancerous tumor on my brain. I did some of my own research. I learned that B17 helps with cancer and tumors. When I went to my local health food store, the lady was like, “Nope the FDA removed B17 3 years ago”. That was 2 years ago. That’s the same time she taught me about NAC. I always say the creator of the universe gave us everything we need in Mother Earth. Our bodies weren’t designed to be able to metabolize all those poisons, that the FDA considers to be “medication”. It's so, so, so disgusting the way the media never ever mentioned vitamin D, zinc, or NAC, instead the FDA tried to ban one of them in the background. I also have benign prostate enlargement that comes with age which was affecting me by causing me to wake and urinate two to four times a night. If you start coming down with a virus, you double to 600 mg twice a day. Btw, it is very easy on the stomach, and I have had absolutely no side-effects. Why hasn't someone explained this like you have? I've been suffering from allergies and chronic inflammation for about 30 years. I have my primary care doctor, pulmonologist, and ENT on board working together for 10 years and so far I'm told not to mention COPD because I'm being treated for asthma and allergies. So far I've had 3 sinus operations for infections and chronic sinusitis and see little to no improvement in mucus drainage and phlegm buildup in my bronchial tubes. I will be trying NAC.

The doctors don’t get any kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies for prescribing alternative medicines. Also, if you don’t get sick as often while taking alternative medicines you won’t need to go to the doctors and they don’t make any money.

@ Ron Selliers --- It wouldnt be responsible of me i guess to tell you to walk away from primary care doctor, pulmonologist, and ENT, but think it through Ron, n i hope you get quick results from trying NAC... I know what it stands for but i was told COPD is the kind of umbrella term for, and especially asthma, bizarre of so calleed profesionals to tell u that.. I dont know where your based Ron, but I m in the UK, and the rules are your not allowed to discuss more than 3 issues per appointment, Insanity.. So if you fall down for example, hurt your ankle, back and head, and say, happen to have a rash or the likes same time, = 2 appointments... Wish you well Ron, your here watching vids as this, and commenting, so to me you are on the right track.... All the best...........

I'm a firm believer in NAC as recommended by my naturopath years ago for alleviating allergy symptoms, both food and air borne. My understanding of the FDA "controversy" stems from the fact that it was originally brought to light and studied as a "drug" in the 1960's and has been on their watch list ever since. But recently the FDA released a ruling that, in effect, said they would not enforce any type of regulations about the sale or use of NAC as a supplement. That was when Amazon and others reintroduced it to their stores, where it is now readily available.

nac makes your liver work faster, which means it can stress your gall bladder. be careful with how much saturated fat you eat and eat more unsaturated fat. take nac in the morning where your gall bladder has already spent the night dealing with cholesterol slowly. take it with a healthy fat meal so it absorbs slower and will give the gall bladder the time to work properly.

Someone who avoids going to the doctors like the plague, I began searching the internet for vitamin supplements to strengthen my immune system. Thanks to the likes of you not only learned the importance of using the right supplements but also learned the ugly truth. If you don’t want to be a slave to the bf then take care of you. I’m writing to you from Turkey and suffice to say the health authorities haven’t done what fda has done yet. I’m spreading the word and others soon will do the same! Bless you and keep enlightening us with your wisdom.
