I have been taking NAC for the past 20 years I know about his qualities, and I am very own well aware, and very well educated on the benefits of supplements, and I practiced that I have been sustaining my health with supplements for a very long time but NAC has a very has a very special place for me. I started taking it together with alpha lipoic acid to improve and support eyesight hearing and liver, and it never failed me at one time, but I was short of it, and I didn’t take it for a couple of months and I honestly missed it not severely obviously but I noticed that I was feeling a lot better when I was supplementing with it so don’t be afraid the recommended dose is usually about 1200 mg to 1800 a day and the pills usually come in 600 mg. I am absolutely this is a staple in my supplement drawer.!

Do so since if you take everyday, you lose the benefit. Niagen is better than NMN as far as helping your body produce NAD+. Cat's Claw extract repairs Telomeres. Cat's Claw is not cheap though if you take the type I do. Anyway, do your own research is all I have to say. Thank you for sharing this. I asked my doctor about NAC and if I should eat it, surprisingly he said no. When I asked why, he said i am still healthy, young. I think it's because NAC is not readily available in my country and most physicians only prescribe it for overdose on paracetamol and for phelgm reduction. Possibly most physicians over here are not very knowledgeable in the topic of NAC. Otherwise, I don't know why if something is so safe and good is not prescribed for people.

Maybe some questions, regarding the really high incident of all those health issues, needs to be asked. Why are we seeing so much of this in so many people? I'd hazard a guess that the foods we're eating... and I'm referring to produce, and whole foods ARE SERIOUSLY DEFICIENT IN THE natural MINERALS/VITAMINS that we need to maintain good health. Add to that heap pile, are huge isles at the grocery store of processed sugars/processed suagr foods. Look, they knew/they've known for decades that processed sugar is SUPER BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH! But yet.. people can get enough of those garbage foods.. Oh wait.. I forgot to mention the addiction factor.. YUP.. THEY KNOW/KNEW THAT TOO! Grow your own foods, get some fresh air and exersize, stop smoking, stop drinking and KICK PROCESSED SUGAR TO THE CURB.

"If you cut out sugar, you will still have to reduce the inflammation" That's because you have to reduce all carb intake to the minimum, not just sugar. The difference between sugar and bread? Ten minutes - that's how long it takes the body to convert "complex" carbs to sugars.
