That’s my favorite thing about Dr. M is that he doesn’t try to sell you anything! His helps are knowledgeable but simple and accessible to anyone. You don’t have to hear his life history, how difficult it was to find the information and before you get the answer hits you with what he’s selling. It’s like a real friend who cares whose passing down his family recipes. He is very generous in his knowledge sharing and it’s something we can do ourselves and see if it works. With as much as I’ve bee burned I’m afraid I would be skeptical initially if He was selling something. He sure does have enough great stuff, and if he did have a book I would be afraid he would have to hold things back and right now I feel like he’s a rebel, a crusader for the people by not monetizing his platform like that.

Hello I want to attest to the validity of this video. I was an asthmatic child and that lasted into my mid teens. I have been tested and have many allergies so that has always been a concern. Edit: I had to live in NYC to be near the Hospitals at age 5 and the at age 6 Dr.'s recommended that I live in Arizona because so many asthma attacks may damage my heart). I lived in Arizona for 18 months until age 7 and I did not have even one asthma attack or breathing issue the entire time I lived there. Which now indicates that my asthma was indeed triggered by allergens and is not psychological like I had stated down below). I have actually not been having breathing issues much at all since I left my teenage years. Well, on several occasions in my 20's when flying from NY where we lived to either Florida or Texas I did have severe asthma attacks and the temporary remedy was the same as from when I was a teenager-I needed an injection of adrenaline mixed with oils. The adrenolin would help my heart and give me the energy back that the asthma had sapped from my body and the oils allowed the adrenaline to last longer or around several hours. This always worked and ended the asthma attack. It's not a cure, it's an emergency quick fix that has always worked for me. Now at age 73 and having moved to Alabama 4 years ago I have been experiencing severe breathing issues. Not asthma because there is no wheezing and instead a heaviness on my chest and a feeling of not getting enough air. The diagnoses is that it's COPD. I have been forced to go to the Emergency Room at least once a year now since we moved here. However, in this year 2023 I have had to go to the E.R. 3 times already for severe breathing issues (March, May and July). Everyday now since July and now into August I often feel like I am not getting enough air. This is really frightening me. I have COPD and also Sleep Apnea as well as Asthma and I have been using a CPAP machine for over 10 years now. I am scheduled to see my doctor a specialist for breathing issues next week. He has been treating me for Sleep Apnea and now I need his help with COPD. My wife has told me she learned about "Oreganol) oil from Dr. Mandell's video's. Yesterday I placed 2-3 drops on my tongue and from that moment on I knew I would be safe that I no longer had to live in constant fear of not getting enough oxygen. I used Oreganol on 2 occasions yesterday and now as early this morning at around 8:30 AM I placed @ 3 drops onto and or under my tongue. I know that today I shall not live in fear. Please note that under my Primary Care Physician I am using Trelegy 25 mg once a day inhaler and that I have had "Proventhaol" "Emergency Inhalers for over a decade. I do use the Telegy every morning and I have been depending upon my Emergency Inhalers to get me through those days when I can't breath well for a few weeks now. However these Emergency Inhalers stimulate my heart and I can only use them 2 puffs every 4 hours or I shall have other issues such as a rapid heart beat and motor mouth (can't stop talking). I want to be clear: Oreganol has allowed me to breath normal and had eliminated much of my fear. That fear is so great that I am seeking help wherever I can and I have even started 3 days ago to take "Sertraline 25mg" for anxiety. This is because I believe that my childhood asthma was in part causes by anxiety-pyscoloigical. I may be wrong and it is possible that my allergies trigger my asthma attacks 100%. But I'm taking no chances with my life so I follow what my Doctors recommend to me. My wife Juliana through Dr. Mandell may have come up with the most useful treatment for my breathing issues. The "Oreganol". So I want to tell people that Dr. Mandell is telling the truth about "Oreganol". I understood that Dr. Mandell said to use only one drop of "Oreganol" and now I know why because as I said this morning I used 2-3 or more drops and now at 10:14 AM I am feeling flush in the face-a sign of high blood pressure (which I do suffer from). Anyway, if you decide to try "Oreganol" oil please only use 1 One single drop under your tongue because it is stronger that you might think. Remember (1) One drop only! -Peter age 73

I've got severe copd too. I used to love oregano (anything Italian really) but skipped it recently whilst trying to lose weight (that meant for me avoiding processed foods like pasta, garlic breads, creamy sauces (like in lasagne) etc) - stupid really as the Mediterranean Diet has been proven to have health benefits. I'm going to add it back in with smaller amounts of the 'filler' foods. Thank you for reminding me. Extra bonus that it has such wonderful benefits for our lungs and general health too. The humid heat has been making it harder to breathe so I'm going to try this.. Hope you're doing OK?

I went from healthy to not within four years. I bought a new place everyone smelled gas and the gas company said we had no leak. On my death bed I called the gas company (my last ditch effort) and he said it was a wonder my home didn't explode. It turns out I had a horrible gas leak for 4 years. Soo much mucus and breathing problems and lots of doctors. I ordered my oregano oil and on just the first dose my lungs expanded and I have been breathing better all day and not choking on mucus. Thank You, I am glad I found you. ♥ PS I might bathe in it tonight.

I had a pretty bad sore throat an felt miserable. I took some dry oregano, and put some in a 1/3 cup of water in a pot and boiled it. Once it cooled down. I drained the leaves, and put it in a hot mug and used it in the bathroom to gargle. I did it several times, and even swallowed some of it. I slept all night long, no congestion in my head, no sore throat, no sinus issues. Slept like a wee baby! The next morning I had a small breakfast, no sweet stuff, and somewhere around 2pm, I took a glass (from the frig) and drank about 1/2 glass of the oregano. I drank it all day long, till it was gone. In 24 hours, my lungs felt great, no more stuffed head, could breath, and whatever pain I had was gone! That stuff is great! You should try it! I didn't have fresh, the dry kind was perfect for boiling!

This is sent from God to me. I have been dealing with unexplained sinuses for the last 2 weeks. Barely coughing up any mucus but coughing. I literally heard a voice say put oregano in my food as I was cooking. In this particular recipe I usually don’t but I did this time. I have been thinking of a natural way to get rid of this because I sing in a choir and the drainage has made it a little difficult. Then I see this first thing in the morning. I sing Sunday. Perfect timing! Thank you Lord!

If it’s essential oil, and high quality, it’s more potent that something you could drop under your tongue, and yes, one drop will do well. Distributes even better in a carrier oil (think it’s carrying it further, or think how dye will dye a shirt better and more evenly if you dilute it, rather than drop some out of bottle of concentrated dye, and essential oils are quite concentrated). Anything like olive, coconut, jojoba, or avocado, etc. oil will do fine. Another big one is that if you have dry feet, hard or cracked heels, put a few drops mixed with some carrier oil (coconut works great) on the bottoms of your feet, all over really well, and either wrap your feet in plastic wrap or tie plastic grocery bags on your feet (I know, normally plastic and real essential oils aren’t friends, but you’re diluting it and it’s a key feature to this process), and squeeze the plastic to make good contact with your feet, if you didn’t use plastic wrap. You can use socks to keep it on, leave them on overnight, or 8 hours. Do this every night for a week, or longer if needed. The hard skin will slide off, possibly in large patches, or all at once at the end of the week, leaving soft, new skin. The first time I tried it, I actually thought I had somehow stepped on some old school masking or painter’s tape, laid down in layers, because it just came off like that. After about 4 days, some came off, by the end of the week, the final majority just came off in one big piece. Nice soft skin was hiding underneath. This was my experiment and it works. I know oregano is considered “hot” and potent, so it’s not a “more is better” thing. It’s an “enough is enough” thing, but just for the week, to kickstart the process, I put about 3 drops undiluted on the roughest area, then another 3 drops fully diluted in coconut oil just in the palm of my hand, all over each foot, getting the bottom the most, but also the sides and top, and the toes. (This would work for people who get athlete’s foot and/or icky toenails, too). My idea was that hard, dry heels can be caused by various things, including viruses and funguses. Well, rather than try to isolate what is causing them, essential oil of oregano kills 99% of bacteria, viruses and fungi; so just use it and let it kill whatever it may be, and it does. You can use it as a maintenance application whenever you want. Side effect of happier lungs is a plus.

If you're planning to use essential oregano oil, dont put it directly on your tongue if you dont want to burn it (or your throat). And dont drink it with water. Oil and water dont mix, so it would be the same as taking it pure. Dilute one drop in a table spoon of olive or coconut oil and see how it goes. Anyways, I wouldnt put more than 2 drops per table spoon. Last, if you have asthma, make sure you follow these tips. You want the benefits of this oil. You dont want to choke.

Thyme works great too (herb is more gentle); and I use Osha Root and Lobelia herbal tinctures (a 50/50 mix) with one drop (yes, one tiny drop) under my tongue to manage my asthma. I gave some (of my Osha and Lobelia) to my gf who has asthma since she was 2 and has gone over a week without her inhaler since taking them. Herbs are amazing.
