I am working in SAP Basis . Currently salary negotiation has been completed on 24th feb 2024. TCS offer me 35LPA with 12.6 years of experience for kolkata location. Is it high ? Also my status is showing that - Evaluation in progress . Are they hold my offer . Any idea ?

Hi, Firstly Congratulations. Yes it is high considering an avg employee working in tcs for 12.6 yrs might have pkg of 15 lpa ( optimistic consideration) only. If they have released the offer letter then it won't be in hold. Better to check with tcs HR. Hope it helps. Please subscribe Thanks

@manish , no I have not received the offer letter yet . The current status is - evaluation in progress . I am not sure about the offer letter. Already talked with the HR and informed me that background verification in progress. I am working in big4 company in kolkata .Also I have no gap between my work as well as education.
I got to know that there is wings 1 exam If we clear that exam we can get promoted to 7 LPA(Digital) after joining how about that any idea about this ?

Yes, You need to check your eligibility for wings 1 and start your learning journey. If you complete all the courses and certifications, then there will be an interview. Once you clear the interview you'll receive the wings 1 incentives in your salary. Hope it helps. Please subscribe Thanks.

@@ManishJamwal There is no monthly column in my compensation letter, only annual column is there. I tired to calculate it using salary calculator and result says it should be around 31k....i am getting 5k less. can you explain this ?
