you don't have to resign if you've completed 2 years bro, you can take 2 years of sabbatical leave and then join TCS back, if you're going to west for education you can join TCS in that country itself

You can go on tata capital website and apply grom there directly, TCS employees get some additional discount on the interest rate

Huge work pressure don't get time to use other benefits like sports. Talking foreigner only uper management people get change what about band 1,2,3 etc.not giving promotion,for new higher paying good but not paying the old years working in TCS.?why talking about insurance They are deducted in CTC.

No, In TCS they will only give LWP after validating all the documents, an Online MBA will not be considered for LWP and talking about the Upgrad TCS probably not consider an online MBA, unless you;re already working in Management domain and not Technical role
