I have joined TCS as a fresher in 2017 with 3.36 lpa . Now after 4 years my salary is 9.21 lpa. And waiting for promotion. On promotion may be salary will be around 10.5lpa. So its not like TCS doesn’t give good increment. It gives good increments if you have good performance. But you will have to work really hard during initial years and get noticed by managers. It will help you a lot in building your career. On top of it based on account you working in you get additional bonus structure incorporated into your CTC based on your performance.

In the ultimatix remove your food card . That ammount of money automatically come to your salary .

Join TCS for a year or two.. Then switch

Please validate your information before uploading on youtube. Please keep a note that ITA promotion is not like a default promotion which will be automatically received and almost no one receive ITA promotion after 3 years (possibility is 1 in 100-200) even if you receive two consecutive A band . generally most of the associates receive within 4-4.5 years. Now, coming to the ITA salary, if any associate starts from 3.36 then after ITA he/she will never receive in hand salary 45-50K even after getting all 'A' in his/her career. Best case scenario is you can expect 32K-35K (max 40K quarterly once). So don't misguide your viewers by providing wrong info. Salary can only be increased drastically if he/she can crack the digital exam (internal exam for changing the portfolio from TCS ninja to TCS digital).

No its depends on performance and band project budget and the relationship with your manager i am 2021 passout join tcs aug 21 .. ctc 3.36 got 1st Appraisal aug 22 ctc 3.7 A band in 23 ctc 4.2 july 23 2 nd apprisal system engineer hike ctc 4.52 got A band in 24 ctc 4.81 now promotion ITA only 2.8 yr experience ctc 5.32 so itsdepends on your band and performance 🎉

@@morticias5043 see when you join a company, the company revises your CTC by a certain amount like 20 to 30k per year. For a low salary it can be as much as 8% hike and for slightly higher packages it will be lower than 8%. I am TCS person so first two hikes I received were 29k and 19k approx in my case (corresponding to final anniversary and band related hike respectively). So as the days go by the hike percentage goes down. If the hike amount is having a ceiling or a range then you will understand that later on a certain hike amount may correspond to just 2-4% hike over your old CTC if you are earning a lot already.

In tcs after ITA it will not cross 40k .in hand salary Even if you get all A band and promoted in 4 years..

Yes that is true, i have got promoted to systems engineer in just 6 months by giving that exam and annual ctc gets revised to 7.1 lpa. Inhand you will get around 50-51k and quaterly 60k. Which is nice unless you are targeting product based companies

@@deveshkumar9351 Also try for product based companies or startups. You will learn a lot there. I joined a big company and I learnt very less here and my salary is only 4 lakh after 2 years. But my friend joined a startup learnt a lot there and as a full stack developer joined another company and is getting 8 lakh package after. So don't make the same mistake. Hope this helps.

If you join 2021 or 2020( your salary will be 4.5 for annual compensation.you will get variable pay bonus on March around 16k to 25k based on your band. For ever year you will get increment of 70k

Joined TCS as fresher in 2019. Starting package 3.36 LPA. Final year anniversary after 1 year increased the gross CTC to 3.66 LPA with Crade Y to C1Y promotion. Post declaration of my first band in March 2021, CTC hiked once again to 3.85 LPA. Another hike is pending next month onwards....which would be from ASE to SE with grade probably updated to C1 from C1Y. Now probation period is 1 year not 2 years

@@avks1934 after ilp report to RMG. They will show you the project option.....then you choose one project from among them and go for interview with project manager. Then the manager decides whether your skills are useful. Training period in tcs is for 1 year now. After 1 year you become assistant system engineer and your CTC receives first revision.
