It will vary if you joined in the April month. Only you will get anniversary hike after one year. No project end hike. TCS is only good for seniors

That's same for all....the eligibility for project end hike is candidate atleast completed one anniversary hike. No matter in whatever month you joined, after completing one anniversary appraisal only project end hike will be there.

Hi sakshi, i appreciate your efforts for making these videos ♥ Actually, tcs came for campus recruitment (bps role) in my third year of clg and according to the instructions i gave the nqt exam and then i got the interview mail even. I had my interview scheduled on 5th dec, 2023. Unfortunately i failed in screening process due to having two backlogs in my grad and hence, couldn't sit for interview. Two days later they called me and said to update the application form again as there may be chances. I did and after that i saw in the tcs portal that i got batched at jan 11, 2024 but i recieved no more mails or update till now. What should i assume? Please do reply. ❤

Hi its depend on the band you are getting till your 1 2 and 3rd year and eveytime it wont be same dear. My friend is getting currently 4.9 lpa and she has completed 3 year. But mostly people. Are getting around 4.2-4.9 so difference is there but can’t be same for everyone

As I mentioned this in my video..... that it is not mandatory that if you and you friend have interview on same date so results will be also declared on same date.....it may differ..... please check my last to last video for more insights

Hi there, I have already discussed these doubts on my last to last video....but let me rephrase in short that interview results may take time from 2-4 weeks...it is not mandatory that who all have interview on same date will receive results also on same dates

By end June you should receive it. Otherwise keep a check with your seniors or TL or manager for better understanding

they gave 1% hike to c band this year and 4 to 5% to B and 7% to A band, everything has changed

I cannot decide best for you ....you have to think now....analyze all the factors and conditions.....like doing MCA and getting 3.6lpa will not be worth it....so if going for MCA, plan from now and focus on studies.....

Those are payslip that means it has an effective salary (promotion+project end hike)

As your anniversary appraisal and project end appraisal are coming at same time so yes.... eligibility for project end hike for first year you can check with your manager

For ninja process will be different.... depends on what role they started with....till SE there are fixed promotion....to get IT Analyst there are a lot of factors
